Hotell Borgholm

We booked the last available room very last minute and such a great option after a long road trip. Breakfast was amazing, the room was stylish, and the location was so good. There was no parking in front of the hotel but just around the corner you could park for free.

The canapes, the corn soup, the langoustine, the hake fish and the two dessert. It’s a shame this place lost their Michelin star awhile back, hope they can win it back again

Absolutely LOVE this hotel, can only recommend! Fantastic service, great rooms, perfect location and DEVINE breakfast. Okey, no luxury spa or swimmingpool, but it is so worth the price you pay. Definitely book your room here!

Possibly the best food I’ve had in Sweden so far! You can see that a lot of care has gone into the preparation. The homemade sourdough breads and flavoured butters change every night and the flavour combinations are sometimes surprising but go very well! Highly recommended!

The restaurant at the hotel offers Michelin-starred dishes that showcase the best of Öland - from natural to farmed to wild ingredients, even served on locally produced dinnerware. Thoughtful, adventurous, and exquisite. A cherry-on-top-experience to an amazing visit to the island.
