Naya Retreat & Hotell

A beautiful and very charming hotel with friendly and service-minded staff. The room was elegantly decorated in a Nordic style, with a lovely bed and a spacious, comfortable bathroom. The breakfast deserves special mention! Delicious, nourishing, and beautifully presented. We stayed for 3 nights and would gladly have stayed a whole week.

I have loved Strandnära and was therefore incredibly looking forward to experiencing Naya and the exciting menu. But this was unfortunately the worst dining experience I have ever had. The service was non-existent, the people working had no experience whatsoever of how the restaurant profession works. We had to remind ourselves of our order several times, no water, no cutlery, no lights on the table, no music in the dining room and when the food finally arrived it was fish soup without fish and microwaved, lukewarm shrimp with aioli without taste. And when the dessert came we had to ask them to clear the main course and then they didn't even take everything away. And the dessert wasn't even what we ordered. It feels like the menu was written at a certain level but can't deliver at that level at all. And it was actually embarrassingly bad service.nUnder all the criticism and a really big disappointment.

A beautifully located resort, approximately 200 meters from the Baltic Sea surfing/kiteboarding beach. The separate, well-equipped double kitchen is perfect for self-catering; we used it twice. The food in the restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was okay, with a good/regional selection of high-quality and regional dishes, although it could have been restocked a bit better one star less for service. We borrowed the hotel's bikes once, which was also very convenient and worked well. The rooms and amenities left nothing to be desired, and the staff were very friendly.

Highly recommended, probably among the top 5 hotels on the island. An individually designed hotel, beautiful location and surroundings. The location in the center of the island is ideal for excursions, including to the mainland. Very friendly staff. The food is good.

Cozy rocking chairs and really comfortable beds. Clean and fresh.nnCozy dining room and a three-course menu that we appreciated.
