Orangeriet Restaurang

We got married at Norrviken and chose the Orangeriet as our dinner venue. Sebastian and team prepared a fresh and delicious Swedish summer menu that each of our international and Swedish guests raved about for days after. The buffet lunch we had on numerous occasions before our wedding equally as good. Sebastian and team know how to treat your tastebuds.

My friends brought me here to celebrate my bachelorette party. We had lunch here.nThe location is gorgeous! The food is tasty. The only bad thing is that you have to pay entrance fee to later then be able to eat at the restaurant. If you are going to eat at the restaurant you shouldn’t have to pay entrance fee. The gardens are worth seeing though so you should take advantage to walk through the area when you are there.nThe restaurant is very big. You can probably fit more than 100 people in there.nnMy friends and I walked from Båstad Spa Hotel. It’s about at 35 minute walk, depending on how fast or slow you walk. The public transportation do get there is really bad. It doesn’t come that often. So think about that when you can to go visit.

The food we had here was the perfect ending to a great day in the park. The restaurant offers a series of daily dishes that are presented in a very modern way. Of note, the greens used in the recipes come from the garden itself, so the freshness and the seasonality is guaranteed. Both the hake and the veal we ordered were delicious, servednWith new potatoes, Freshly baked buns and butter. The inner seating area is very expansive, But we were lucky to sit outside facing the Japanese Garden section of the park. Totally recommended!

An absolute disgrace. It's a beautiful place and if you want to pay $25 PER PERSON to walk though a garden so you can eat at a place where you will also pay a hefty price for food, then this is your place.nnMy parents had a gift card for $250 and live an hour away. The first time they went there, the place was booked for a show not announced on webpage. They came back a second time and the opening hours online were incorrect so they couldn't get any food. It was suggested to go to the café, where there were some old stale sandwiches left to eat. And it was also impossible to spend $250 on leftover sandwiches, so let's just call is a disaster. Do not come here.

Excellent food and everything. Definitely worth the visit
