This was a great museum to visit. Alot to see and experience. The sub really helps you understand how tight the quarters are
Teknikens och Sjöfartens Hus at Malmö Museum offers an impressive display of vehicles and planes, with the submarine being a definite highlight. The interactive elements make the experience even better, letting you really engage with the exhibits. A great place for anyone interested in technology and maritime history!
Quite a good technical and science museum for a small Swedish city like Malmo. The highlight as most people have pointed out is their old decommissioned sub, that you can get into to see how cramped that space is. Other than that I also really enjoyed their 3D movie about space. Very cool to take your kid to as well. The admission wasn’t much either. It was around 12-14 Euros per person including the 3D movie.nnThe only downside for me, as a tourist, was that some exhibits and most 3D movies weren’t in English, nor had English subtitles.
Would strongly recommend, highly interactive and very interesting with lots of information for those who want to read.
This is an amazing museum about technical, physical phenomenon as well the history of transportation with lots of cars and airplanes. In the basement is a huge playground and eating area. I go here frequently and can recommend this to young and old. Årskort costs 250kr som gäller både för detta o Malmöhus museet. I recommend going there directly when they open. There is even a submarine that you can go through - it's amazing.
