I had so much fun eating here and really enjoyed the whole experience as a solo diner. The meal was much more affordable than expected and there were many options. My only wish is that more of the ingredients and mead options actually came from Sweden. The food and drink were delicious and the servers were all very friendly and accommodating. Totally worth the theatrics. Great musician during the dinner as well!

Aifur has to rank as one of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at! The entire restaurant down to the menu, drinks, costumes, and music are accurate viking era and really makes you feel like that you are eating in a viking hall. Upon arrival, you will be announced to the hall and greeted to cheering and banging on tables, which, especially after some mead, you get quite into! The atmosphere was incredible, and the food was delicious, and yes, there is even a vegetarian option!nStrongly recommend booking a reservation beforehand, though, as it is very popular and very much worth a visit while you're in Stockholm!

Lovely staff.nnWhen you see gimmicky restaurants, the food is usually sub par. Not here. The food was delicious. You have to be a meat lover though.nnI particularly liked how they have you share tables with other guests - we had a great time sharing stories with people seated next to us.nnAnd the constant music. I felt like I was in a Netflix show about Vikings.nnMust visit.

Wonderful experience! Strongly recommended. Visited 2 times and both were so unique. First place to go when we have guests in Stockholm.nnFoods are okay, drinks are great! There is nice viking music, visitors are announced when entering. And if you have a baby, all the waitresses are extra helpful and friendly.

Perfect experience if you are in Stockholm! We found this place by mistake and we really get curious, since it’s opening at 5-6 pm we decided to wait. But then people started coming and coming, waiting in the queue. Honestly that was the time we checked here on google maps review and found out it’s a place with a lot of positive comments. Since it’s like that it’s better to have reservation because it’s really popular and we were the only one who came without reservation. We were lucky and we get table for hour and a half. There is no lot of choices of food, prices are high like everywhere else in Stockholm but the food is really delicious and we didn’t regret visiting at all. Also they have some local beer which you can taste only in this restaurant, as they said. Atmosphere is really incredible and authentic, you feel like sitting in some Viking place plus staff is dressed like Vikings. Cutlery and glass for a beer is really old style and we found it funny. Amazing experience, staff is friendly.
