At car pick-up I noticed that the tank was not entirely full, as expected and stated. Some few litres of gasoline were missing.

I have been charged 128.71 Swedish Crowns for no reason. I had a full insurance and I fulfilled the tank before giving back the car. So definitely I would not recommend it even if the staff was very kindnnUpdate: I have been contacted by the supervisor Amanda, it looked like the amount charged was for the additional driver, which we had included in the contract from their partner. She understood the misunderstanding and she said the money with be refunded. Therefore I will change my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

I was charged one extra day for arriving at Avis desk minutes earlier than the time I booked the car for, to have enough time to get documents sorted.nI didn't expect to get the car earlier, as I was told on phone there are no cars available until 2pm.nYet to my surprise a pleasant one at that time I was handed the keys of a car. no mention of extra charge.nnI returned the car in time, clean and with a full tank of petrol, now I am going through the hassle of sending e-mails after e-mails.....nnNOT NICE, AVIS, NOT NICE!

I was deceived for the price of rental. I have reserved car for 205 € and was charged 297€. After an appeal was filed, the money was returned.

Good prices and very friendly and helpful staff.
