Best Western Hotel Svava

Everything was great, a pleasurable trip with good rooms, amazing breakfast, good ventilation/AC, and the location is perfect if you want to get around a lot, both on foot or by train or bus.nnSadly they don't have any way to do laundry, and their sauna was under renovation I believe. But other than that, the only thing I can complain about is the Internet. Not very stable, quick or gamer friendly, but definitely works if you're not playing games.nnI'll still give it 5/5 as I knew it most likely wasn't adapted to gamers as few hotels are.

It's the first time I stay here, on a study trip with my classmates. It's awesome! Definitely worth every penny the rooms the service the staff is very kind and helpful and understanding the food and breakfast is BEYOND delicious and fancy and suits all tastes. It's great altogether I truly have 0 complaints I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat to anyone! Thank you for keeping the quality so great and the price affordable!

Very helpful staff! I lost my engagement ring in the sheets. I found out about it on my way to Denmark from which I couldn't return. The staff moved heaven and earth to get it back from the laundry. Ultimately it was shipped to my home address without any problems. I am extremely grateful! Thank you!!! You are the best

Clean, big and nice room. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is good.nnThe guest wifi however is embarrassing. When working I managed to get 0,36 Mb/s which is not even enough to load websites with any sufficient speed. Forget about watching videos... impossible. Use a mobile hotspot or bring a book!

Only 20 min with car from Arlanda Airport. Even if you take a uber. From the Hotel, across is the train station that will take you anywhere in Sweden. Not noisy.nGrocery store is next door. Shopping is one the street behind hotel. Teknik magasinet. Electric stuff. Bookstore, clothing, thai food Chinese. Kebab. Maxi hamburger etc. Coffee shops. Other restaurants.nHair, nails. Health store. Etc.nHotel has Coffee tea hot coco in the lobby. Free. Small kiosk with snacks to buy 24/7. Also like a 7/11 around the corner. Pressbyrån.nRooms are clean! I never take a bath in hotels. This one was so clean even i could. That's in the bigger unit. Small have showers only. Schampo and soap. No conditioner. Bring your own. No hairdryer. But a shoe horn. How I love that! Biggest bedroom has a small kitchen.n4bed small is very convenient with children. No kitchen. No disgusting pull out couch. It's actually bunk beds.nAll beds are single beds. Like the tradition in Sweden. Comfortable .nNow to the best part.nFood allergies? What about freshly baked gluten-free carrots bread. Gluten-free hard bread crackers. So healthy. Taste like chips. Ginger shots berry shots, so healthy. Lactose free gluten-free. Fresh fruits. Egg beacon. Boiled eggs. Yoghurt with fresh sunflowers seed flax seed jam cornflakes etc to put on your Lactose free yogurt. I eat like it's my last meal. Fresh baked bread with cheese cream cheese ham turkey cucumber tomato bell peppers to decorate your newly toasted bread with.nSome sweets off course.nCoffee. Tea. All staff is super friendlynIt's our to go to place. We love it here.nIf you ask me. All best Western should model this one to up their standards. This should be there star ship.
