Awful client service, never had a discussion with someone that rude from this field. No flexibility at all, I do not recommend

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been to. Period.

Quirky and charming hotel with lots of character thanks to the owner's fascination with Lenin and the Bolshevic revolution. The furnishings and decorations throughout are from the Victorian Era and there are many whimsical additions. Rooms are small and each unique, not luxurious in any way. The spa on site is named for Lenin. Food and drinks are superior. Nothing fancy but a lot of fun.

Stayed Friday to Sunday. Hotel had a very interesting vibe. It was nice to see a different type of hotel with a specific theme. There was books everywhere and people can take them as read them If they like. There also also many carpets everywhere. I found silverfish on some of them and they were very dusty. The breakfast was okay and was an extra cost. They had a coffee station, juice station, bread station, yogurt station and an area to have some salad, eggs and bacon.nI also went to the spa, which was nice.

It's an amazing location! My second time here on a business trip, with short 15 years in-between. I remembered a fantastic place, I found exactly this again.nIt would be much better suited for vacation, which I hopefully can spend there one day.
