This place is beyond accommodating! As an American traveler, I felt fully welcome in this hotel. The staff were kind enough to substitute meals for dinner and assist in English when needed. My Darling and I were beyond satisfied. Our only complaint was the bathroom in our room. A poorly sliding frosted glass door gives 0 privacy. Still, this place is one we will be returning to for the great spa treatments, food, hospitality, and atmosphere~ 9/10

It was the best spa I've ever been so far in Sweden. It had many indoor/outdoor pools, water massage area, and various therapy rooms! Also the water was clean. My favorite part was the warm water beds in the therapy rooms.. I could relax and be happy in the quiet darkness. The only funny part was that it was a total mixture of all 'Asian' thingys. Asia is so big and have all different culture, but it seemed they only wanted to show some mysterious / calm image of 'oriental countries' that westerners view! I'm not really offended cuz there are many places like that everywhere in the world anyways. I just want to suggest, maybe they could make some themed rooms showing each countrie's own culture? However, I loved this place. So cozy and not too expensive considering to all those nice facilities and food

Stayed there for 5 days. I hosted a conference for approx. 30 people. Best and most comprehensive Hotel for such activities I have ever been. Everything for conference organisation, accomodation and food was absolutely perfect. Hotel personnel polite an helping wherever they could or it was needed. Found the time to use the hotel spa which is also great. Clear recommendation not only for private but also business trips. My room was great and the bed very comfortable. Slept like a baby. All customers/participants were totally satisfied. Food was also great.

Terrible terrible terrible staff. Running around busying themselves with empty tables ignoring guests, have waved, nodded, shouted. Eventually got their attention by going and looking for them. Horrific, but didn't end there, had to keep calling each time needed any food or drinks
