A highly recommended experience. The hotel almost full and restaurant as well, but they managed to give us an unforgettable evening. Top class food served in a very cozy surrounding and the service was extremely good. Our responsible Sussi created a fantastic atmosphere at our and other guests tables.nnThe SPA is top notch and very welcoming staff. Breakfast was o e of the best we have ever had. Freshly made omelets, porridge with love also made à la minute and all you can ask for in the buffet. The staff also amazing and caring of their clients. Hope we will be back very soon!

I visited this spa as a guest from the USA and was extremely disappointed. I experienced treatment that was not only unwelcoming but discriminatory. The staff made me feel disrespected due to my nationality, and I observed behavior that felt racially biased. I expect far better from any service provider, especially one in the hospitality industry. I hope management addresses this so no future guest has a similar experience.

I love going to spas. Since I was here for the first time, I can't go elsewhere. This is top! Three floors with spa. The whole spa area is supposed to be a quiet area but unfortunately is quite noisy at times. It's calmer in the morning. Visitors don't respect the stillness code.nnEverything at the spa is Asia themed and the details are one of a kind. One floor with only relax rooms. Dark therapy room, cosy beds, light therapy room and more. Several saunas on all floors and cold baths.nnSomewhat foul smell in one area. Smells like toe sweat .nnTea and fruit is included in the visit on the spa. Classes in meditation and yoga also included.nnLovely skin care products to use, included.nnFood in restaurant is amazing. Friendly staff in spa, restaurant and reception.nnThey have gluten free pancakes in breakfast buffet!! Lots of gluten free alternatives. Restaurant staff is very service minded. Pleasure to meet them each time.nnSlight noisy rooms. Neighbours are heard.nWonderfully decorated rooms however. Lovely wallpapers and details. Very jugend/victorian. Each room had its unique design.nnWatch out for the cheaper rooms at floor 6. Choose floor 4 or 5. The pumps from the spa can clearly be heard on floor 6 can be heard and running from 0800 AM to 0800 PM. It's also heard on some rooms at floor 5 but not the same volume.nnJust go there, it's amazing!

Pros: Fantastic restaurant. Cons: If you have a square butt you'll love the square toilet seats ugh. Have to lay on the floor to put anything in the safe. Stairs stairs stairs cannot be avoided. No help with bags. Good luck operating the shower.

Best hotel I have ever been. The spa is extraordinary. The breakfast was great and wide sorts of food.
