Really good location. Parking garage is in the same building, underneath the hotel. Great thing. Helps with the luggage a lot.nnRestaurant at the hotel was closed for some reason. Breakfast was served.nnHotel is okay for short trips but I can imagine the room getting hot in the summer. During our stay was rainy and cooler than normally. So air conditioning was not something we needed. We stayed just one night.nnThe receptionist in the hotel was very friendly.nYou can go to gym and sauna during your stay.

I stayed with my family on a trip to Uppsala for a conference. The “family room” was two single beds and a pull-down bunk. With the bunk pulled down there was very little space in the room. With temperatures in the mid-to-low 20s the air conditioning did not get the room cool enough at night. The room did not have a fridge. The location is great as was the included daily breakfast.

Overall, very good experience. The personnel were nice and helped us getting into our rooms as soon as possible.nThe location of the hotel is excellent, between the central railway station and the cathedral. The breakfast was rich, varied and abundant. The rooms were very comfy. I personally experienced only a minor inconvenience, as one of the towels in my bathroom was not perfectly clean, but this was really a minor thing and I believe it was more an exception than a frequent thing. In general, I'd recommend this hotel.

Some guest at the hotel threw wet trash from the window of the top floor. It hit my aunt with a smack.nnWe saw the window and notified the staff. They assured us that they would adress it and we left.nnTwo hours later we came back to find out what the hotel had done about it and the new guy in the lobby had no idea what we were talking about. They assure us that they would do something about it but I have my doubts.nnWe left feeling angry and disappointed. My aunt felt humiliated. Well done you guys.

Good location in central Uppsala, but rooms are in need of some janitorial service.
