We had booked Room 556, which is the biggest suite in this hotel for 3 nights. Its glass washroom door is severely malfunctioned and unsafe to open or close, especially when ur with kids. I was promised a discount refund during checkin as they couldnt fix the door but just gave access to another room to leverage its washroom, but while checkout to my surprise, the staff was different, and they had no clue about our discussions during checkin. Have given my personal contact details and yet no one reachout. Breakfast, parking, location and reception staff are nice.

I have lived in this hotel for two weeks due to my job and I like it very much. Nice and cozy decoration, super clean, very kind and helpful staff, plenty of amenities nearby, very good restaurant… and it is the quietest hotel I have ever been in, very easy to sleep well. 100% recommended.
We traveled last minute from Canada to come and see Taylor Swift and this was one of the few hotels that still had rooms available for a moderate price.nnThe rooms are small but comfortable enough for 2 average sized people. It was our first trip to a Scandinavian country so we were not prepared for having little to no A/C anywhere you go, but it did make late night walks very enjoyable! This hotel did have a small AC unit in each room. At first it doesn’t feel like it’s on but give it a few minutes and the room is cool and comfortable. The weather was so beautiful and hot so we were happy to have some cool air in our room!nnThe hotel had a friendship bracelet making station and also gave us sparkling wine the night of the concert.nThe hotel is close to Bromma Blocks where there are some grocery stores, a shopping mall with a candy store on the lower level, and a huge pet store!nnThe room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely consider staying at this hotel when we return to Stockholm for a longer trip!
