Forenom Aparthotel Stockholm Bromma

For the first time of our yearly stay in Stockholm we used the Forenom appartment. The price is very nice, it was clean and comfortable. I would really recommend the place.nnBUT: parking is complicated. There needs to be clear information on parking, app usage and a warning of street parking times. I did ask in advance but did not get clear information.nThe place has three parking areas. One parking is only for ev, one is only with reservation and the third is the only option then. Reservation is not possible in the app AirPark. The parking is unclear in price, the AirPark app does not show the price clearly. Therefore, almost nobody did park on the ground.nnBEWARE, street parking is forbidden early Wednesday morning 0:00-6:00, but the signs are far away and not understandable for foreigners “onsd 0-6” means Wednesday 0:00-6:00. This needs to be explained in the Forenom as customer service to support the guests, as the street sign is far away and not understandable for foreigners.nWe got a 1100 SEK parking fine for parking that night! And we where lucky of not being towed away!nnThere is nobody at the place, questions need to be done via website. That is actually quite a struggle. We did not find the trash room. One needs to start chatting with a AI bot, but it does not understand any question. One has to ask the same question 5 times to be able to choose the human chat. That should be an option at first misunderstanding.

Disappointed about everything, I decided to write this review while I’m still during my stay.nI own at home a dishwasher because I don’t like to wash my dishes manually, so I didn’t get the point why they need us to wash the dishes before leaving why should I do that during my vacation and take the garbage out!!!! They have not dishwashernI paid around 100€ per night which’s very expensive you can get something in the middle of the city center for the same price price , the nearest supermarket or any shop is 7 stops away by tram , the area looks suspicious no houses and no buildings just some factories around !!! very small rooms , I give them zero

Flat was excellent, very comfortable. It is hard to rate location because on one hand it is nowhere near anything but on the other hand it is right next to a very convenient tramline. Excellent if you are happy to take tram, not good at all if you want to walk to a nearby cafe or bar.

Room was small but comfy. Everything we needed was there. Service 24/7 call was very good.nnNegativ was that found raw spagetti on the floor and some stains on the wall.nThe toilet seat was small for that toilet, it moves when you sit on it. Shower head was leaking, we only used the small shower.nOverall we were satisfied. It was good for that kind of money.nPhotos were taken before leaving.nThere is a tram and bus service nearby, you can go everywhere.

Good apartments for that price. It’s not close to the centre, but there are several metro stations nearby. A comfortable room, and a kitchen is a plus.
