Mornington Hotel Bromma

Disappointing experience – not what we expected from a 4-star hotelnnUnfortunately, our stay at Mornington Hotel Bromma was far below the standard we expected from a 4-star property.nnFrom the moment we checked in, we received no information about the hotel’s facilities, services or additional charges. The room itself was missing several basic amenities: there was no hairdryer, no kettle, no tea or coffee, and no complimentary bottled water.nnThe room also lacked even the most basic guest information. There was no information card, no Wi-Fi password, no instructions about the hotel services, and no guide on how to use the television. There was also no telephone in the room, making it impossible to contact reception without leaving the room.nnThe television only offered Swedish channels. If you wanted to watch YouTube or cast content from your phone, you had to install several third-party applications and were then asked to pay approximately €13 for access. No instructions or assistance were provided.nnAnother disappointment was discovering that the gym required an additional fee, despite the hotel advertising fitness facilities. This was not made sufficiently clear during the booking process.nnHousekeeping was also not provided during our stay.nnNone of these issues alone would necessarily have ruined our experience, but together they created a stay that felt far below the level of service expected from a 4-star hotel. We have stayed in many hotels of the same category, and this was one of the most disappointing experiences.nnI hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its guest communication and the quality of the services provided.

I had a great stay at this hotel, especially while training at the wingsuit tunnel in Stockholm. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent, with great quality and variety. The staff were very accommodating and made my stay comfortable throughout.nnThe gym facilities were fantastic, which was a big plus after long training sessions. The location is also very convenient, with grocery stores nearby and easy access to everything I needed.nnA special thank you to Apple and John for going above and beyond to help make my stay even more pleasant. Their kindness and support truly made a difference.nnI would definitely stay here again for future wingsuit tunnel training and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Not worth it in terms of location and price difference, if you want to visit Stockholm I recommend something more central. Also not very clean. Mediocre breakfast.

I was here for gym and Pilates session, equipments are new and place is quite spacey. I liked the atmosphere as well, pretty chill
