Mornington Hotel Bromma

An absolute disgrace. After paying €300 for 3 nights, I expected at least a decent level of service, but my experience was terrible from start to finish.nnTo begin with, the receptionist was not friendly at all. I asked for a hairdryer several times, and every single time I was told there wasn’t one available. Honestly, I don’t know whether they really didn’t have one or she simply couldn’t be bothered to help. How can a hotel not have a hairdryer available for its guests after charging that much?nnThe breakfast on Saturday was a complete disaster. There was a long queue, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and they weren’t restocking the food. It was around 9:00 a.m., and many items had already run out. I asked for some juice, and I was told there was no more left, even though breakfast service was still ongoing. That’s simply unacceptable.nnOn top of that, my room was never cleaned during my stay, and the towels were never changed. I also asked for an ironing board, and the receptionist actually told me to iron my clothes on the bed. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Is this supposed to be a hotel or a hostel?nnTo make matters worse, the hotel is quite far from the city centre, making it even less convenient for visitors.nnOverall, I felt completely disappointed and ripped off. For the price I paid, I expected a professional service, but what I received was the exact opposite. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely never stay here again.

I was here for gym and Pilates session, equipments are new and place is quite spacey. I liked the atmosphere as well, pretty chill

Get a room with a window as the windowless rooms are quite small and stuffy.nnOtherwise, clean and friendly staff. Not like a hotel as you have to lug your luggage up yourself but this might just be a Sweden thing as same thing happened in another hotel.

Small rooms but excellent service and amazing breakfast. The expansive gym was very nice to have. This is a great location to stay at if you are in town for the Indoor Wingsuit Tunnel.

Good located, very tasty and various breakfast. But: I've spent 30 minutes waiting for the menu in the evening, hoping to have a supper. I've asked once, after 20 minutes I've kindly asked again another waitress and after another 10 minutes have passed, I have left. So no need to say, I won't come again, because it is an awful experience of being hungry, smelling the food for a while, wothout even having a chance to see the menu.
