Attention to all those registered on booking.com. Unauthorized and non-refundable bookings have been made using my account with foreign names and credit cards!nnWhen I contacted the accommodation, they were unwilling to find a solution and advised me to reach out to booking.com's customer service, which I did immediately.nnAt that time, I was with the German police and asked the accommodation to inform me if someone actually attempted to check in. They should immediately notify the local police and secure the individual's details. They where not willing to do that!nnWhat strikes me as particularly strange is that the hotel previously informed due my Account, that they needed to verify the identity of guests before arrival, yet referred me to the police when I inquired about a solution regarding the foreign bookings.nnThe full amount has been charged for TWO Apartments the foreign credit card and has not been refunded!
The rooms are very basic. A TV that you cannot find in the chrome cast menu, a bathroom light that takes its sweet time to turn on, and a window that opens way less than the 45° it says it does. But all in all, a very nice stay with comfortable beds, well-maintained amenities and a stunning view if you're on the 12th floor. Be careful with the elevators however, since one of them fits only 2 people and maybe a suitcase.
Horrible room, not clean, no decoration in the room what so ever. Hardly any variety at breakfast. Bad location, pretty far away from the centre. A lot of loud noise from outside. Worst hotel room I’ve ever seen. Service was good though.
We’ve had some problems with their service, the rooms were unbelievably cold that some of us got really sick and caught a cold. However, after reports coming from us we got the permission to move to another floor where the rooms were slightly warmer.nThe place and rooms look really old and not renovated at all. The shower door was making unnecessary loud noises when opening and closing and we didn’t like that, especially because we expected the hotel to be fancy looking like other usual hotels….nnAlthough, the location is extremely good since it was exactly beside the train station which made it easier for us to use the traffics faster.nnThey also had some beautiful rooms downstairs that had games like billiards, table tennis and even rooms for the children to play at which was actually really cool.
A great hotel to stay at, offering clean rooms and a welcoming staff.
