I stayed in Forenom Alvik for 1 month. Location is great, super close to the metro station and a few stations away from the city center. The room was ok, single bed with bathroom and kitchnet. The room was cleaned once a week, the cleaning was fine, but the conditioner/shampoo was not refilled at all during my stay, and conditioner was empty when I arrived. I ran out of toilet paper and only then did they leave more. Kitchnet is small but enough to cook. However, the sink is too small, very hard to do the dishes without spilling water everywhere. The hotel offers a laudry service, which although you have to schedule it, works very well, and also a gym with the essencials, I was there almost every day, great plus! I had no trouble with waiting time in the elevators and honestly, for the price I recommend 100%
We visited at summer and we were here three days. Rooms were pretty good but not the best and i had to sleep on the couch! Because there was only two beds! There was a kitchen and it surprised me. Breakfast was normal, and we had to go all morning to Stockholms Central. But we had a good time in Stockholm. There was no door to living room. Good side was that I didn’t hear any metros noises because I was on fourth floor. best part was that there was a gym. I was in the gym two times. It was small but really good for me.
The hotel rooms are dirty and it's not surprising. I saw how the cleaning is done. The cleaner wipes the toilet with a towel used by the guests. The cleaner is in a hurry, she does not wash the floor, no detergents are used. The towels in the hotel are used as rags! Then they are washed and given to the guests again. A good saving on rags and hygiene!
The hotel is conveniently located in short proximity to the subway station, the rooms are generally okay, with basic cooking garments. Beds could be better, but fine for a few nights. The main problem was that the place cannot provide enough hot water. I've stayed for 2 nights, and the only time there was hot water - was a middle of the day. Don't go there if you like to shower
The hotel was located close to the Alvik Metro station & Alvik Centrum in Stockholm, and it takes 13 mins with Metro to the Stockholm Central Station. Breakfast was normal which is similar to that of the European style and the room has nice scenic view to the lake Mälaren from the 11th floor. The staff were friendly and provided all the details required and information related to Stockholm.
