Starting with the okay to above okay things. Breakfast was okay, nothing spectacular nothing bad. The service was better, the receptionist helped us with new rooms. But the overall feeling of the hotel rooms was NOT feelings of cleanliness. When we arrived to the first hotel room it was dust/fluff/fuzz in the bed along with strains of hair. We went down to the reception and asked for a new room which was no problem. In that interaction they mentioned that they usually have that problem with the cleaning on the fourth floor. Which we thought was rather odd. Whatever the underlying problematic was behind fourth floor cleaning it seemed to also affect the eight floor. But I'm not going to dive in and speculate now. Overall, we were not content but the receptionist was accommodating.
A bit out of town but only a 20-min metro ride away. Otherwise, it's a great hotel as one would expect from Scandic. Helpful, friendly, and professional staff throughout.
The hotel is outside of the city centre but it has a parking and is in a convenience location for people who drive to Stockholm from the south .nnThe rooms are average, I missed hair conditioner and a water boiler.nnThe breakfast is not vegan friendly unfortunately, but they could do special order of vegan pancakes and overnight Oats. Plant milk and Fruit was also available.nnI think Scandic should start thinking about sustainability and do a plantbased buffet for breakfast. All the dishes they had could be made plantbased
Good hotel, super clean room and bathroom. Nice service with restaurant and bar, no food service after 22:00 but there is a supermarket within 1 minute walk. Also very close to the metro/tram/bus station.
It was a great stay, breakfast was very good, the location is super close to the metro station, very quiet beautiful areanthe receptionists are super friendly and helpfulnHighly recommended
