After reading the negative reviews here, I fully agree with the frustration of all customers.nIt is one of the worst BMW showrooms you can ever visit. The problems I have experienced in points belownn1 Can you imagine when I took delivery of my new X1, the driver who was supposed to drive my car outside bumped the door and delivered me a damaged car.nThey then took the car in for repair but still do you expect this level of pathetic service from a brand like BMW.nn2 It is always impossible to find a parking in this place. They now have a gate keeper who directs you to park car in tight spaces. This is a hazard in it self. No wonder why they bumped my new car.nn3 Not a pleasant experience while returning my car back as well. No proper guidance or instructions given by anyone.
I needed spare parts, friendly staff. Still some covid measures like plastic screen at counter and wait by number that was enjoying. Parts had to be ordered so two day wait. Frustrating
Recently I made a private leasing deal with one of their salesman who told that me that I can think about it for a few days and cancel it at any given time until I receive the car, however, never mention anything about cancellation fees!nnSo, one week later, i informed him that i'd like to cancel the leasing contract and go with buying car option instead. But then, I got reply that i need to pay some fees for transportation - which wasn't mentioned at all. Could you please explain how's that possible?
I bought a Mini Cooper and I would like to thanks the salesman Erik. Excellent purchasing experience and attention. Very happy and looking forward to see if the Service keep up with my car purchasing positive experience.
Very disappointing service. My parking sensor was loose and I went to workshop and ask them to take a look at it and give me the price. The mechanic refused to come and take a look and told me only diagnosis will cost about 3000 SEK. He called later and told me it is cost 5250 SEK for changing the sensor. meanwhile I went to a local workshop and they fix it for 300 SEK. BMW price was 20 times more. Not customer friendly approach and come to look at the car. Unreasonable price for poor customer service. I told BMW workshop that I fixed the sensor and if I need help I will call them. But today I received a sms and they booked the time without my permission and without my request. I was very angry and I called them and they refused to accept that I did not book any time with them. I dont trust them anymore. and please be careful about the price and customer approach. I hope this review will improve their service and be better in customer service and they understand that they should not book any service without customer awareness and permission. I am going to sell my BMW because of poor customer service and never buy any car from BMW until they change their mindset be better in service.
