Bought a car here , they gave me the wrong winter tires.  The computer was not recognising the pressure sensors on the winter tires and a warning signal was coming on. They refused to send me the right tires and as was living far away they didn't want to send it and told me i hade pick them up myself, this even after they admitted they were the cause of the fault.nAfter sales care is non existent.nI would not recommend buying any car from them before you make sure 150% that all accessories are correct and included.

Once I had given a very positive experience. Now I’m writing about a very negative experience. My car had a couple of issues. I booked an appointment and took it to Bilia Volvo. They checked and confirm only about the first issue. The issue was not resolved. I took the car for the second time  it took a long time to get the next appointment. nThe did not fix the other issues or the repeated issue. I wrote an email, no response, I wrote again got a response that someone will get back to me and it never happened. I wrote again, no response. I called me they said they will connect me to a person, the call got disconnected. I called again then still no response, third time, same person answered, again told me to hold on and going to connect. It did not happen. They promised the person will call me back and it never happened. Imagine yourself in the situation. Won’t you be frustrated? The most frustrating thing is that in each call I explained the predicament but the people didn’t even bother to show any compassion or empathy. So this is the company culture. Its management believes that customers are their last priority. So fundamentally there won’t be any improvement. They are in business because they are a monopoly.
