I have had a mixed experience with a car service from the time I booked via VW website and then taking the car down there.nnMaybe it was just me who couldn't speak fluent Swedish and I had to request them switch to English. The tidsbokning number isn't reliable. They didn't answer all the times and when they did, I was told that I'll be called back but never got a call back. I booked a service time and it was my very first time. I went there and felt stranded about what to do. I called the tidsbokning but couldn't get any helpful information. I just had to make my own guess of what to do next. So i parked the car somewhere and then walked in towards the showroom.nnI needed to change my car battery and that's the service I booked online. When I finally registered that I arrived, I could get good help from the person at Reservdelar counter. From then on my experience turned all positive. I even managed to buy the original battery from them and change it myself.nnI am giving 3 stars as I found stark contrast in how VW smista handled in comparison to VW Hammarby. With Hammarby, the whole experience was flawless and I would go there any day as I find them more dependable.
So far a seamless, perfect experience. We wanted a car and we didn't want a whole lot of hassle. After choosing what we wanted online Anton took care of the rest. When making such a big purchase, this is the sort of attention to detail and care that earns repeat loyal customers.
Poor service. Left car between 07:00-09:00 to change the oil in the engine. Came back after 15:00 the car was parked on the same place. When I’ve asked them why it’s still there? The answer was : we didn’t have a time to service it. Really??? So I took my keys and went out! I Don’t recommend this place! Service is below zero!
I have walked in here several times and no salesman approches and asks for help very poor customer service it is like their always busy and there is no one there, but on the other hand their coffee selection is great and restrooms always clean therefore I can't go for 1 star 2 is better...nWifi is complete turn down, go for Bromma Volkswagen much better customer service and they are always polite and ready to help!
I've only left my company's car here but when I did it was great, got a nice loaners car and they called me up as soon as there was something they wanted to replace. Didn't end up cheap for the company 21000kr but the car had never been serviced at a good place before and the brakes along with a list of other things had to be replaced.
