I waited 45 minutes to drop off my car for a windshield repair. There is a self service option for dropping your keys off but it didn’t work. The staff were friendly when it was finally my turn but I will look elsewhere next time.
DisappointingnWent for help to my sons VW golf and at first i thought very help but after spending large amount of money i am still having problems.nn1. Quick diagnosing 500 sek told me the issues, the live wire was broken and he gave me a diagram. Very helpful so i replaced the wire and many connectors still cant get them to work.n2. Oil warning light still on recommended that i go to another garage due to high cost of replace cam chain and the timing.nGarage was very perfessional with the timing on the engine,nThe engine very responsive sounds really quite but still engine oil pressure light comes on.n3. Went for a full diagnostics over 1500 sek on the engine, i had to explain what was wrong with the engine and other things, answer was the same as i told them, there was no information that could help me at all.
So far a seamless, perfect experience. We wanted a car and we didn't want a whole lot of hassle. After choosing what we wanted online Anton took care of the rest. When making such a big purchase, this is the sort of attention to detail and care that earns repeat loyal customers.
I have walked in here several times and no salesman approches and asks for help very poor customer service it is like their always busy and there is no one there, but on the other hand their coffee selection is great and restrooms always clean therefore I can't go for 1 star 2 is better...nWifi is complete turn down, go for Bromma Volkswagen much better customer service and they are always polite and ready to help!
I've only left my company's car here but when I did it was great, got a nice loaners car and they called me up as soon as there was something they wanted to replace. Didn't end up cheap for the company 21000kr but the car had never been serviced at a good place before and the brakes along with a list of other things had to be replaced.
