Nice car dealer. I bought a BMW 330e xDrive M Sport there. The salesperson Christopher is a great guy who knows his stuff. I can absolutely recommend Smista bil to everyone, looking for a new car.
COMPANY WARNING!. They will come up with all the reasons not to pay the vat back. Never buy anything from them. There are as many honest companies in Sweden
Car price was good but that is the end of it... Service is useless, buying their warranty is a scam too. Out of the 4 tyres 1 was of different year and make, it was the same brand but the pattern differs they basically told me it is my problem... Do not buy from these people unless the car has a very good price and even then look through every inch of the car. Avoid buying any extra services you are better off. Learn from my foolishnessnnNow they dare deny I contacted them while I had multiple phone calls and emailed them and attached pictures of the said issue. Funny people, perhaps they dont remember me because the guy who sold the car to me already left them, and funnily enough they insisted I still send emails to that guy still as the mailbox was attached to another guys mail.
Very unprofessional company. Christopher contacted me via WhatsApp, and after he realised that we wanted to export the car to Bosnia, he just answered that they do not export outside the EU without additional explanation. I have also offered to pay VAT as a deposit, but he did not answer. That was very unprofessional and they were not interested in selling the car. This is not the way you should treat your potential customer.nnStay away from this company and buy a car somewhere else.
I will Avoid this company!nIf someone answer with one word and claim statements like temporary plates doesn't exist in Sweden and VAT is complicate he is unskilled and not dedicated to customer.nReally disappointed.
