We had a problem with our brakes and came into the garage without an appointment. This was no problem at all, after three hours we had our car repaired. For the time being we got a car to go around- free of charge!nVery friendly staff, very professional service, highly recommendable! Thank you!!
Wait don't buy before you read this !!!!!!!!!!!!n240% extra I have to pay!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?nnI hope Google rating can be less than one star.nnlack of knowledge lack of experience communication between the workshop and the workshop itself .nnthrough the first communication via email they quoted me for a new key starting 588 KR without remote control up to 1176 KR with remote control .nnwhen I book an appointment everything changed they rise the price 240 % very bad experience with this company and I don't recommend anyone to serve a car with them before reading the reviews about them.nnand I think the company don't care about people reviews I think that is the reason why Nissan has been pulled out from them , or maybe for another reason .nneven the worship in orebro they can't answer a simple question if they have the MB multiplexer to make a new key for my car 45 days they did not answer even paying them for visits every 10 days still no answer .nnfinally after 5TH visit they answer me that they have it but they don't have the authority to do the key for smart .
***Warning!***nnDamage workshop is Tribble! They booked many cars at the same day and when I called them why you keep my car for a week and don't work on it. They answered don't disturb us by call and disconnect my car from Mercedes app. That I cannot see its situation!!!!nThey don't have any plans and you will definitely waste your time.nIf you use your insurance they create fake costs for you to get more money from your insurance company!nThe staff are not welcoming and not pleasant to talk specially if you speak English!nNever ever go to Veho bil for Service if you care about your time!
Very bad service from verkstad personal, the guy was very rude.nI changed my mind buying car from Mercedes’ just cuz people who is working there.nThe car self is beautiful.
Not very organised and the never pick up the phone but the cars are amazing !! U never go wrong with mercedes
