Went there for a oil change and inspection before a 5000+ km road trip around Europe. Handling and service was super nice and friendly. Also while on the road when i opened the hood to add washer fluid i found something that made my day better. Thank you to the engineer with a great spirit that left a smile under the hood see picture
On 11th July, during travelling we stopped to change a light. We were toll to come back beginnen of August. What an arrogant behaviour. Hope clients will realize that noch one should Support such Business. It is also a matter of security to change a Light, not on ly coutesy.
Baris Pektas was incredibly helpful when helping me find the perfect car to fit my wishlist. He gave me a decent price for my car on trade-in and a discount on the winter tyres! From start to end, he was professional and I didn't once get that uncomfortable feeling of being mislead.nnThe car was in good condition for a year old lease car when we test drove it, but when we picked it up it was pristine and had been fully reconditioned inside and out. So had my car booked in for a repair - when I arrived they took the car and said it would be ready later that day. 30 min later I got a call saying they didn’t in fact have the parts. So I asked them if they could service it instead so my trip wasn’t wasted takes me 90 min to get there I got a text saying it was ready to pick up and they close at 17.00. I get there at 16.40 to be told they in fact close at 16.00 the text was wrong Now I’m waiting for an Uber as I’m in a hurry to get to a meeting. It’s the smile the Guy gave me who was at the place - that kinda tough luck look which I really don’t like.
Completely scam. Very carfull when you dealing with hedin bil specially verkstad.
