Very comfortable hotel in the centre of Sundsvall. My room was very spacious and the bed was great. The shower room was a bit clumsy with the glass shower screen. But the shower itself was great. Breakfast buffet was quite elaborate.nIf you arrive in time, there is an evening included in the price which is very convenient. I really like the concepts of these Strawberry hotels.
Really lovely hotel. Comfortable room, good shower and very friendly staff. Great breakfast and evening meal included. Lovely lounge with coffee available all day and fikka served in the afternoon. We loved staying there and would recommend it to anyone.
Staff are awesome helpfull and have smile on there face all the time. In Eve we have host Named Night he is really a gentle man and even gave us space to celebrate birthday of my wife. Kudos to Grand
Large-ish roomno temperature controls; too few TV channels and decent food. Food staff are friendly. Underground parkingGarage A is like descending into a cramped concrete box, only ten narrow spaces. There are steel pillars making maneuvering devilishly hard. Not SUV friendly. I scraped the rental car on a wall The code given us to open the garage port didn't work when we arrived. They need to provide ground-level parking options.
Top quality service. The dinner was also fantastic every evening. It’s always something different. Breakfast was superb. It was my second time staying at the Home Hotel chain and I highly recommend it. The room is clean and tidy.nnThe wifi is very weak in my room and non existent in the dining room - please add more wifi boosters. There are also 3 tv channels and even though the tv has YouTube, it’s not connected to the internet locked so you can’t cast or play anything on the tv.
