Highly busy and overcrowded hotel in the heart of Sundsvall.nHopeless to get breakfast in normal manners. People sitting outside in the lobby to even be able to have breakfast. Elevators living their own lives.nThey claim to have free WiFi, but it does not work. Not able to connect.nEven the Tv is mounted inside a box in the room, not possible to connect Apple tv or Chromecast.nnFind another hotel, there are plenty in the area.
Compact room was compact indeed, nyt bathroom was spacious enough, and on good condition. Good location.
Great breakfast, just be careful you can get lost inside the first and the second building.
Update 4 years later:nnGreat hotel and location, but noisy nights and chaotic breakfastnOverall, this is a very good hotel with an excellent central location.nnHowever, breakfast was quite chaotic every morning. This could easily be improved by extending the breakfast hours or organising time slots more effectively to avoid overcrowding.nnThe main reason we wouldn’t return to this hotel, though, is the noise during the nights. There were frequent street races taking place right in front of the hotel – loud engines, screeching tyres, and cars repeatedly circling the block. This made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Surprisingly, nobody seemed to intervene, not even the police, even though it involved the same cars night after night. We can’t imagine we were the only ones disturbed – surely this must affect other guests and residents in the area as well.n*******************************************nReview four years ago:nnVery nice Hotel. Perfect located very close to the center with very good parking possibilities. Room very clean, modern and with an nice bathroom. Friendly stuff and a very good breakfast buffet.
This hotel was quite... Grotesque. The drain in the shower didn't even drain the water, I ended up flooding the bathroom. The staff were quite nice, well 1 of them was nice, a young man that let me in my room after my card stopped working.nnThe cards kept demagnetizing, making it impossible to get back into my room. The rooms weren't even soundproof I could hear my neighbors go at it... Absolutely horrendous.nnI couldn't look them in the eyes the next morning at the breakfast, to make it the breakfast wasn't anything special. I had an important meeting that day and I got close to no sleep. This hotel is not worth it.
