Absolutely beautiful hotel in the center of Sundsvall. The staff was kind but not completely service minded - which I think is far too common in Sweden. It felt like they just did the bare minimum. The room was terribly hot although the outside temperature was not very warm. I measured the temperature in the middle of the night since I could not sleep, and it was 27 degrees Celsius although all windows were open. There was no fan available in the room. Breakfast was excellent.
Really enjoyed our stay at Elite Hotel Knaust. The hotel has beautiful old-world charm with marble staircases, high ceilings, and classic artwork throughout.nnWe initially booked for three but were given a room for two , however, the reception handled it quickly and arranged an extra bed for our child without any hassle.nnBreakfast was good, and both the restaurant and reception staff were warm and friendly. The gym was adequate and included a nice bastu.nnOverall, a great experience , would strongly recommend!
Best hotel in the City. Lovely entrance with the famous stairs just inside. The rooms are cosy and The breakfest great.
Nice hotel in good location. Room was nice, decent size and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of choice.nnOnly downside was lack of parking. Nearest car park only a few minutes away though and reasonably priced.
Absolutely beautiful hotel,very nice service and the cleanliness is also top! Our room had a nice view on the street, the architecture was so beautiful. Breakfast was super delicious wide variety, I want to say big thank you for including many lactose free options too. Thank you
