Hotel River C

Amazing location, superb views!nnI am showing pictures from 2 different visits:n- once in winter with a south-facing room towards a small stream crossing the roadn- once in autumn with a north-facing room towards the rivernnBoth visits were great. The rooms are clean, warm, the reception attentive, there is a tea corner / coffee machine with cookies on the bottom floor that you can take fika up to your room. The breakfast is modest yet with good variety.nnIdeal location for exploring the city of Karlstad, perfect for attending events in CCC which is literally 10 seconds away.nEasy to park on the street.nnThe view from the north-facing rooms are highly recommended!

Nice hotel and relatively cheap, in the middle the city and close to everything, staff are super nice, unfortunately the breakfast starts att 7 and I had to leave before this time but get a breakfast package instead which was super good, cafe and te can the guests get at anytime for free which was a good thing.nWe have got upgraded to a bigger room for at the hotel was full already after we have booked.nThe only negative thing i can mention is the hotel has no parking for guests

We stayed in First Hotel River C on May 15 - 17/ 2019. It is a very nice and quite area with lovely view of lake and river from the hotel.nThe hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly!nThe lobby is very cozy, comfortable, room is nice , clean and comfortable!nBreakfast varieties and quality and dinner menus are excellent!!!nIt is very close to have a relaxing walk to the river, lake banks or downtown areas.nWe are very happy and satisfied during our staying!!!

Room was too dark without lamps at the ceiling. The young lady at the reception was awesome, the best service so far in Sweden. Also the biggest bathroom.
