Nice hotel located in the heart of Karlstad city. Very conveniently located at the shopping street in Karlstad. Friendly staff. Comfy simple room and clean. Cosy dinning place. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Will be back

Comfortable an large room. Nicely situated in central town. Breakfast is good and have all you expect from a Swedish breakfast. Staff are service-minded and smiling.nAnd, the hotel has a SPA.

This hotel has a good location. Even during this difficult corona time the stuff maintain good level of service and offers for the customers. The breakfast remains almost the same, but it a bit changed in order to avoid tight contact between customers. Nice and clean room. There was a maintenance in the hall, but everyone understands that it is temporarily.

Very accommodating when I was left stranded. Sorted me with a very comfortable room at a reasonable price. Breakfast was included & excellent value for money. Lovely hotel, friendly & helpful staff. Very clean & comfortable room. Slept extremely well as the bed gave me a big hug & I didn't want to get up.

The room was nice and the hotel has a good location. If it wasn't for the fact that we stayed there in the midst of the Corona pandemic, I would have nothing to complain about. But unfortunately, the breakfast arrangements felt anything but Corona safe! When checking in, we had to note when we would like to eat breakfast. Despite this, it was hard to find an empty table in the restaurant and lines of waiting people were forming both in front of the bread and the juice. It felt like there was no order and no system to keep us all safe. Not good at all!
