Scandic Winn

Nice cozy, quite hotel. The only downside is that they have sauna on first floor and you can see people walking with bathrobe and towels rubbed around. Food in their restaurant was not good at all and overprised. Very small portions. Potatoes are cheapest in the market and I got 4 tiny potato on the dish - It's very upsetting, especially when you pay 300 Swedish krone to the dish. Felt greediness in the air.

Not to bad.. Not too good either.nClogged drain in the shower was a real letdown. I think that stuff is really gross. But that is probably just me.. nnKids really missed a biljard table as well. But that is not really something one can expect either. nnOnly thing that makes it loose the one star is the diagusting drain in my room.

Nice enough room, but maybe a tad expensive for what you get, and a great breakfast. It was obvious, however, that booking this hotel via Booking instead of via the hotel chain's own website was a mistake. When the staff realised that was the way I had booked, they suddenly turned uppity and literally, word for word, told me how much more expensive it was for their hotel to have me as a guest then. I won't return to this particular hotel again.

A lovely hotel with exceptionally kind staff. Special thanks to everyone at reception—they were all incredibly helpful, especially the senior receptionist who assisted us in the morning when a taxi driver tried to charge four times the normal fare.

The room is ok, but there is no kettle or fridge, so you can not have coffee or store the food if you have.nnWhen the hotel is busy or relatively busy, there are a lot of guests in-house, and it is so much congestion when breakfast time.nIf you want to have a relaxing morning, it would not be there.nnThe breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to other scandic hotels.nFor example, the croissant was not properly served.nnThe hotel is located in the city, and you hear noise from the streets until late in the night.
