Richters Fjällbacka

We were looking for a place for one night and the host was very nice to accomodate even if we arrive after the check-in time giving us precise indication for a self check-in.nThe common toilet very clean, the room very simple but in line with the price.nSuper breakfast with a super view.nOnly one suggestion for the host, is tò remove the high amount of dust present in the room and in some common area.nWe used the common refrigerator to keep some stuff.nMany Park in the area.

The experience was very disappointing. Sheets are charged as an extra and quite expensive, so if you don’t request them, you’re simply expected to sleep without – which seems perfectly acceptable to the hotel. At breakfast, I even found mold in the jam, which is completely unacceptable. The bedroom a nonetheless clean, but the shower is archaic and the soap looks like something you would find in cheap places. On top of that, the staff at reception do not speak any English, making communication very difficult. Definitely not worth the stay. Would recommend to book cheaper because it is definitely not worth being one of the most expensive of the city. The only positive point is the view and the sunset.

Nice rooms, goods service, a wonderful view over the marina - we had rooms with widows facing the other direction with a boring view to a parking lot, but the breakfast cafe had the great view.nA good place to slow down and enjoy life.

Hotel pretends rooms have sea view and large bed, but half of them are actually on the back side with street view and bulk beds for kids, like the one we had.nMattress is thin and very uncomfortable, sheets are too small for the bed.nI found it very expensive 100€/night, bed sheets are charged extra, breakfast is not included, you need to make you own bed.nIt was not a good experience, and I felt I was ripped off.nnIt’s clean and well located in the city though.

We loved our stay at Richters. The manager was so friendly, the place was extremely clean and the food at the restaurant was very tasty with generous portions. The room view wasn't the best however as the window overlooked the parking lot and road.
