Villa Evalotta

Really central place, good service so far. Breakfast is good, everything you need. Nice views from the balcony. Only thing we missed is more storageroom for luggage and maybe ac. Because it gets pretty warm in the room. Good private parking place. But otherwise great experience, and just magnificent place to be in the

Beautiful villa in the centre of the city. Perfect location with a beautiful view of the city and lake. Rooms are nice and cozy. Bathroom and toilet are separate and right next to the rooms. On the ground floor they have a big hall and nice kitchen with all the food for a perfect breakfast. You can also use the kitchen anytime. Car parking is also right outside and free of cost. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The stay in this hotel was a big disappointment. To start with, it turned out that there are actually two villas. When we arrived at place, we ended up in front of a locked door as did another family. We were unable to get in because the code for the entrance was incorrect, and the owner did not respond to our calls or messages. Only thanks to a comment from a previous guest on TripAdvisor we realized that there is a second building. Next, our room was nothing like the pictures on the hotel's website. It looked like it's not a residential chamber, but a room where they stock all the old random furniture they don't need anymore. It was neither cosy or neat. Everything is quite old and used furniture, kettle, an unrepaired ! wall is just covered with dusty curtains, a bin in the bathroom is rusty etc, etc. In addition, there's a huge green exit sign in the room that shone brightly at night, which was also unpleasant. The only positive thing: breakfast was fine, but it was served in the main building.nnThe price of this hotel is definitely too high for what we received. Besides extra fees for a parking place in the yard.nnWe were glad that our stay was only for one night.

Clean and quite pretty rooms, unfortunately we didn’t get a room with a view on the sea. We heard drunk people till 3am. The breakfast wasn’t that good - they didn’t offer lactose milk, they didn’t have normal butter and the tables were badly cleaned…

Very nice villa with a fantastic location. The private rooms on the second floor are really nice. But for 180 euros per night in low season they should not ask the guest to take car of the bed linen when they leave. Although it's not a big effort it doesn't give the guests with a positive feeling.
