Best Western John Bauer Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel on several occasions, and it's been solid.nnNice rooms, the restaurant has delivered good food, although a bit on the pricey side.nnBreakfast is decent,nnThe one negative is the sauna, they have a sauna which I asked to use, but it's limited to 50 something degrees, a shame to call it a sauna. The spa area was nice otherwise.nnAll in all I've always left the place with a good wibe and feeling, worth 5 stars in my book.

The location is second to none; Lake to the one side and channel to the other. If you walk across the street, you can eat from several great places or just sit on the benches and watch the view.nStaff at the hotel was so nice to us, and the breakfast is great as well.

Poor customer service, it was good back in 2023 but now, they just ignore your request, takes ages to respond and sometimes they don’t respond, they just ignore your requests

Nice hotel in the heart of Jönköping. Excellent breakfast and a friendly, attentive service team! However, the room was not cleaned to the expected standard.

Great place for a few nights. Centrally located, clean rooms, great breakfast and the staff were very cordial.
