Really overpriced for what it is. Really rude and unhelpful staff. The sauna is nice, gorgeous surroundings but the activities aren’t there. They have a boat for use which they didn’t want to show us how to use. And their “games room” has a crappy pool table with broken cues. Nice clean rooms but you expect a lot more for the price.
Scenic location, beautiful setting, charming hotel, BUTnnI was honestly shocked by how poor the customer service was. From the moment we called ahead with questions about our rooms, to asking for help on-site, the attitude was consistently unhelpful and dismissive.nnWhen we asked about boating—a highlight our son had been especially looking forward to—we were simply handed a key and told to install the engine and the batteries in the boat. No instructions, no guidance. When we returned to say we didn’t know how to do it, the staff member just stared at us, offering no help whatsoever. It was so disappointing, and we ended up not going at all, which really upset our son.nnThroughout our stay, we never felt welcome or supported. Even in the restaurant, the service was cold, at times bordering on rude. It honestly felt like they didn’t care about us as guests at all.
Great hotel overlooking a lake. Absolutely stunning views. Nice clean rooms and a comfy bed.nGood food and breakfast.nI rented a boat for a few hours, so relaxing, just wish i had brought my fishing gear with me.nStaff was amazing. Welcoming and friendly.
The hotel's location ist very good. You can get a rowing boat for free. A trip at sunset on the lake is a very good idea!nnThe outdoor area of the Hotel is unfortunately in a bad condition and untended. This is a pity. The Bathroom is little and after showering the water stands in the middle of the room.
Location is really beautiful, quality of the food in restaurant is also very good. Rooms can be improved, they are not really clean and they are almost simple. It is located quite far from houses so perfect to relax without any noise.nI recommend it for a romantic week end or a romantic dinner.
