Clarion Hotel® Arlanda Airport Terminal

Loved the location! Just steps away from Terminal 5 and so convenient! The front desk staff was patient and helpful. And the housekeeping staff were very welcoming also.nMy only complaint is that a gues doesn't have much control over the room temperature. You can only adjust it up/down 2 degrees C. So when I first entered the room it was quite warm and although I tried to adjust the temperature down, it never got cool enough for my liking.nBut the breakfast buffet was generous, well-stocked and plentiful. They also had gluten-free items available for those that needed them.nnIf I ever need to stay at Arlanda Airport, this would be my choice of hotel.

Hotel is placed within Arlanda Airport on hight of the Information Center a bit hidden in the back of a floor.nEntry hall and room look very neat, clean and luxury. There is a heated outdoor pool and sauna and gym, which I didn't used as I stayed just for a couple of hours. Everything looked high quality.nThe view is gratis, rooms are silent.nI missed a water cettle for making some tea but there is a bar in the entrance area where you can get nearly everything.nCheckIn, CheckOut and Service was very welcoming.nThe only reason I reduced one star was due to breakfast. I had to leave very early and asked for a breakfast bag I can take to the gate. The hotel offers breakfast bags which is very nice. But unfortunately beides a sandwich nothing else went through security. I didn't expected trouble with security since the hotel is within the airport and should know about the regulatories, so I didn't checked the bag before.

We loved our stay here. Everything was nice, clean and modern. Bathrooms are great. Beds are super comfortable and we slept like queens. Easy to find in the airport and very convenient to wake up rested.nnThe breakfast was the highlight of our stay and the overnight oats was very well made. They had pretty much EVERYTHING at the breakfast buffe and we will definitely stay again.nnThe only small detail that could be improved was the scrambled eggs at breakfast. They were watery and did not taste good. We were guessing the eggs came out out of a box? Everything else tasted great.

People are extremely nice and professional also friendly. Room was cold but they immediately got me the nicest biggest heater which kept me warm and happy. This was important for me as cold triggers continuous coughing especially during the night. The hotel itself is inside the terminal which is a whole different vibe by itself and I have never been in such hotel before So I was afraid it might feel unwelcoimg space. The staff everywhere in the hotel did not spare any effort to make me feel welcomed even it was one night. The facilities are nice. Pool could use more cleaning, but perhaps because it wasn't used so much due to weather. Room is spacious and has all the amenities. I honestly wish the pool was a wiii bit warmer. Like 2 degrees warmer. I understand it is saving energy especially when not many people using it, but still those 2 degres would have made all the difference. They are using rituals body and hair products which is awesome. There are sauna and basic gym also showers with ritual body and hair products in the sauna space

We stay at this hotel regularly as a family and have stayed here many times, including just last week. The female reception staff have always been welcoming, kind, and professional.nnToday…. however, our experience was very disappointing. We simply asked in the early morning if a room might be available,, but the staff did not check the system and instead told us to try another hotel. He also pointed at the people sitting and waiting, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. A simple explanation that room availability depended on housekeeping would have been enough. We completely understand that rooms may not be ready yet. Unfortunately, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming.nnWe did not go back today because we were disappointed by what one of the staff members said to us. However, the other staff member who greeted us when we arrived was welcoming and professional.nnThe photo was taken during our stay last week.nnI may change my rating in the future if we have a more positive experience.
