Clarion Hotel® Arlanda Airport Terminal

All these people who are giving it less than four stars must stay in some pretty swanky places normally because I thought this hotel was incredible! I picked it for its location and price. It’s right in between terminals four and five, which was perfect for us. And it’s walking distance to the Arlanda express train. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and we had housekeeping come both days. My one complaint of the room is the air conditioning. They do let you adjust the temperature by 2° but it didn’t really feel like it did anything. I brought my own fan so I never got too warm that it was uncomfortable.nThe pool is lovely. The workout room was lovely. They even have a kids room downstairs with a trampoline! I saw a sign that they show movies there as well, but we were never there in time for it.nThe absolute best part of this hotel is the breakfast! It was huge and varied and well kept. There’s an omelette station, traditional, American foods, and traditional Swedish breakfast foods. I was so thoroughly impressed that I might stay here next time I come and just take the train into Stockholm for sightseeing!

Excellent hotel. Really friendly and efficient check in Alexandra.nnLocated right by terminals 4 & 5, so no need for any shuttle. It was easy to get boarding pass and baggage labels the evening the flight.nnI had a spacious well presented room, quiet and light.nnThe gym was well equipped and the sauna made for a relaxed time after a gym session. The pool looked good, but it’s not that big and was busy when I passed by.nnBreakfast buffet was superb - a reward for getting an early flight!nnOverall far better than an average airport hotel.

If the lady would of looked up from her screen when I walk up to check in she would of noticed I was using a cane. Then maybe she wouldn't of put me in room 652 which was the last room at a very long long hallway.nThe night before I was to fly out I got food poisoning and I needed assistance with some ice chips and or a doctor. I tried calling out on the room phone, no dial tone. Finally, at 5 am I decided to check out go find myself some medicine.nWhen I explained my situation that I needed help and I could not call out, the lady asked if was informed that their phone system was down. I said NO!! I am 69 yrs old and disabled, I need help and couldn't get it. If I knew the phones were down I would of tried another hotel.nShe continued to appoligize and asked what they could do for me and when I said refund my money, that's when a man took over the conversation.nI needed sleeping on a wood bench waiting for the pharmacy to open.nI missed out on the breakfast any room service or a good night's sleep.nI wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again when I plan my next trip to Sweden. They do not care about the people that stay, if it wasn't for the customers they wouldn't have a pay check.

We stayed for one night because of an early departure the next day. It’s very close to the gates and check-ins. Check in was under 5 min, with a smile, we felt welcomed from the very first second.nnBreakfast is the best i have ever experienced so far on all of my travels. Wide spread options & alternatives for the ones with lactose intolerance or vegan lifestyle, a very early accessibility makes it a perfect start for the day.

The stuff was super friendly and the hotel offers a lot like a generous breakfast buffet, gym, pool and a playing room. The bed was okay a bit too soft mattress and pillow for me but the carpets and the fabric of the chairs were made kind of a moldy impression and had stains on it. Our view was amazing, we could see a beautiful sunset. But it's not possible to open the windows, which is a bit impractical. Maybe is there a reason for that?nHowever, our stay of one night was still pretty good. The check-in/out is also super uncomplicated.
