I wasn’t going to write a bad review because the hotel has nice architecture and I enjoyed the sauna.nnIn terms of service though Im not so sure, I simply requested for a dairy free latte and I got passed around to 4 different people before being told the downstairs coffee machine is broken and I have to wait till 11am its 7am for someone to come and make me a coffee on the upstairs coffee machine, they made an effort to say no when there was 4 servers downstairs who could have just easily gone up one flight of stairs and made it I’m glad I did not ask for anything else otherwise I think I would have to wait 3 business days.

Staff was helpful and the decor in the hotel was cool. The gym was small but honestly great for a hotel gym, with a rack, bench, and dumbbells + some cardio equipment.nnNot sure if the rooms were meant to have AC or not. If so, ours did not work at all. If not, the room was incredibly hot and still in the summer months.nnEasy to catch a bus or train straight to/from the airport and easy to grab public transit around the city.

Excellent stay in Stockholm! The hotel offered the best value for money — clean rooms, modern amenities, and a convenient location. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout. A perfect choice for both comfort and affordability. Highly recommended

This hotel was absolutely beautiful — I only wish I could have stayed longer. I was greeted with a very thoughtful welcome note left on my bed, which made the arrival feel extra special. The food at the downstairs restaurant was outstanding, truly fantastic! The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We stayed here for two nights and, unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing.nnWe had specifically booked a room with a proper window – a slightly more expensive category – because we wanted natural light and a nice view. However, we were given a room on the ground floor, with a large window facing directly onto construction materials and bicycles. It felt more like a storage yard than a restful space. We couldn’t understand why the hotel would promote a room as having a “large window” when the actual view was essentially a wall. There were also other room types available without windows – it would have made much more sense to place those on the ground floor instead.nnAdditionally, when we arrived, we were given what seemed to be one of the worst-located rooms in the hotel: right by the entrance, ground level, with no real privacy or atmosphere. We were surprised that no effort was made to offer us a better option within our booked category – especially considering that other rooms were apparently available. It felt like there was little thought given to guest experience in the room assignment process, which was disappointing.nnThe next morning, we were woken up by loud construction noise – on a Saturday, in a hotel, no less. Not exactly what you expect when you come to relax.nnBreakfast was equally affected by construction noise – loud banging above us made it difficult to enjoy the meal or unwind. The selection itself was decent, but the scrambled eggs were watery and tasted diluted, which was a major letdown. The coffee was very weak and uninspiring – just one machine for what felt like 100 people, so there was a line to wait every time. Aside from that, the variety of food was good.nnThe bed was very comfortable, and the service was okay. After raising the issue, we were offered a new room for the second night – on the 10th floor with a beautiful view, as we had originally expected. That room was quiet and excellent.nnOne small but notable detail: the hand soap was extremely drying and overly perfumed – unpleasant to use.nnDespite the much better second night, the overall experience was heavily impacted by the first. A hotel should provide rest – we had come from Berlin after a long and stressful workweek, hoping to recharge. Instead, we felt even more disturbed than during the week. No one apologized for the noise, and the lack of empathy from staff was disappointing. The hotel clearly puts effort into design and aesthetics, but in terms of true hospitality and guest care, it was far from what we had hoped for – and certainly not worth the price.
