Comfort Hotel Xpress Stockholm Central

I'm giving this hotel a five star vote even though I know, that this is not a five star hotel, but you have to vote accordingly.nThe staff was very nice and forthcoming. And we even got a free room upgrade when we payed a small fee for early checkin, that's the kind of service that should be applauded. The room is what you'd expect for a two star hotel, but it was clean and very silent. Very central with good food and shopping nearby.nWill use again, when in Stockholm!

The room was clean and the staff was attentive. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out until our flight. The location is in the city centre so we were able to walk everywhere.

The room was very small and it looked like a prison cell, it was a little dirty and the bed was crooked but at least still comfortable. In the bathroom were many dirty spots that couldn't get cleaned and I was scared to touch them also the hallway smelked like foid, when we arrivedit was like fush but after a time it was curry- disgusting. But at least the workers were nice at the reception and the towels and bedsheets were clean.

Extremely convenient location, just off the side from Stockholm Central. Super friendly staff and lovely atmosphere. Next time I will get a room with a window though. The picture/light covering one wall helped to make the room feel bigger but can't beat the natural light of a window.nnFree coffee as a Strawberry member is also a big plus for a caffeine addict.

I stayed only one night in the Hotel. It has its perks and its bad sites.nnThe good stuff first.nn1. The Location is superb. It's directly next to the Arlanda Station which makes it very comfortable to travel back and forth from the airport. In my case did it take 50 min from checkout at the hotel to the check in at the airport which is ridiculously fast.nn2. The service at the reception is top, check or checkout works very fast.nn3. They don't offer a real breakfast but I don't think that's a problem since there is a lot to choose from close by.nnNow the stuff I didn't like.nn1. The room was very small. The shower/bathroom was very small. If you travel with 2 people plus luggage it's getting very tight. If you are a big person you won't like that small room.nn2. The bed itself was good but you can't get out of the bed only if you crawl over the person next to you since there is no space around the bed.nn3. I booked the hotel very spontaneous, that's maybe why the price was so high. But for what I paid was the room not worth it.nnIt's a good hotel if you travel alone, but for couples are the rooms too small.
