I had a wonderful experience at Radisson Blu Waterfront thanks to the exceptional service from Mrs. Scholar at the reception. She was extremely attentive, kind, and polite in every detail of our interaction. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of.nnHer professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out, and it’s clear that she cares deeply about providing the best possible guest experience. The property is very lucky to have someone like her representing the hotel.nnThank you, Mrs. Scholar, for your outstanding hospitality.nnArmela
Great rooms with excellent location.nI stayed for 2 nights and it was a great experience.nThe staff is very kind and professional. Breakfast was just amazing especially cheese buffet.nRooms were allright with all the additional kits and extras. Curtains are a must if you are looking for privacy from the building next to the hotel.nIt is easy to arrive, just a short walking distance from the central station.nnI recommend and hope to visit again later.
We are a regular visitor to the waterfront with at least one conference a year at the adjoining conference center. We got a room with the panoramic view this year, which is great so you can see the Stockholm lake and historic skyline. A special thanks to the chef Rachit, who cooked a special gluten free breakfast for us each morning since we were concerned about cross contamination with the buffet. They have gluten free pancakes crepes and also he cooked a vegetable stir fry for us that was tasty and healthy. Also, it was great to be greeted by Joseph each morning who is an amazing waiter.and remembers us from previous stays.
I had a very disappointing experience with this Hotel and I think people should seriously consider this before booking.nnDue to serious and unforeseen circumstances in my country and the region that led to a complete airspace closure, my airline canceled my ticket and it became impossible for me to travel. This was completely beyond my control.nnI reached out to the hotel politely, explained everything, and honestly just expected some level of understanding or flexibility. Instead, the response was cold and dismissive. No refund, no rescheduling, no support at all.nnWhat made this worse is that other airlines and hotels I booked with were very cooperative. Some gave full refunds, others offered flexible rebooking for up to 1 year. They showed basic understanding and respect for the situation.nnThis hotel DID NOT !!nnIf something unexpected happens, don’t expect any help or flexibility from this place. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking here.nnHow they handle situations like this says everything about their customer care.
A fantastic place to stay in this fantastic city!nnThe location is ideal if arriving by Arlanda Express - you can literally walk right out of the station and you're pretty much at the hotel at least, that is, if you choose the right exit, which isn't easy during the station's refurbishment as that has blocked off the easiest route to the hotel. We found the Track 19 exit to be the best alternative.nnWe stayed in the 'presidential' suite, which is a somewhat overstated name, but it wasn't priced at anything like 'presidential' level either so it was fine. It is a very spacious, nicely furnished suite on the top floor with full length windows that offer absolutely superb views across the city including from inside the shower, if exhibitionism is your thing. The bathroom setup is a bit weird as there is zero privacy between bathroom and bedroom, but fortunately a fully frosted glass door separates the living room and second toilet from the bathroom and bedroom, so it's possible to wash in privacy that way.nnWe were concerned about the hard bed, as other reviews have said the beds were a problem and we don't get on with very hard beds as they give us back problems. The reviews are right to mention it, because it is definitely a very firm bed and something with a little more give would have been preferable. However, we've had far worse and it wasn't so rigid that it made it impossible to sleep. That's all personal preference obviously, and if you need a soft bed then this isn't going to be the best choice.nnBreakfast was very good, with an excellent selection of the usual fare one would expect from a European hotel although the Easter period meant the start was delayed until 7.00 every day for the whole week. We also only discovered on our last morning that it was possible to ask the servers for extras like an omelette when we overheard someone else doing this. It is a shame this wasn't publicised for all guests.nnHousekeeping was superb. By the time we returned each day in the afternoon they had always been and gone. The room was kept very clean, with a plentiful supply of towels and toilet roll. Sadly, where many hotels around the world apparently struggle to maintain service standards, this kind of thing is worthy of comment in 2026.nnOne negative to note: at the time of booking we paid extra for guaranteed early check-in, and received an email stating 'guaranteed check-in 12.00'. However, when we arrived, we were told it was not a guarantee at all, and early check-in was 'subject to availability'. As the previous occupant had not yet left, our room was not ready, and we were told it was not possible to say when it would be ready, or even to just call/message to let us know when it was - we would simply have to keep coming back to check. The hotel does have a secure luggage store, so we were able to leave our cases and go for a walk, then we just came back at normal check in time. This is perhaps less a hotel issue and more a problem of the Radisson online booking process misusing the word 'guaranteed'. We were not charged for it, but it would have been better if it had been clearer that it was going to be a lottery dependent on previous guests vacating early. Fortunately, after this poor start, everything else worked really well and it ended up a 5-star experience.
