Scandic Grand Central

Loved my stay here. The room was cosy, fresh and very comfortable. The location is perfect and everything feels clean and well taken care of. The shower was wonderful and the staff at reception were genuinely helpful and welcoming which made the experience even better.nnThe only small suggestion would be the sauna in the gym. During my visit it reached around 70-80 °C. It would be great if it could run a bit hotter, closer to 90 to 100°C, which is typical for a proper sauna experience. The shower itself was great as mentioned. One small thing to note is that there is no real separation between the shower and the toilet area, so the water easily spreads across the bathroom and the whole floor becomes totally wet.nnOverall a lovely stay and I will definitely be coming back.

I had a fantastic stay at Scandic Grand Central Hotel in Stockholm. The location is perfect—right next to the central station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with great amenities but it’s not that spacious, just enough for two of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my visit. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious. The hotel’s design is stylish and welcoming, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!

Lovely hotel in a very good location! Staff were friendly, and room was very large and to a high standard! Only downfall was the shower, as this was a wet room design, the water from the shower flooded our entire bathroom every time we used it, as there were gaps between the shower screen and the floor. Perfect location for our weekend break, walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to see, and close to transport links.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room is comfortable, and the location is extremely convenient, with easy access from the train station. The ambience of the hotel is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax.nA special mention goes to Rasmus, who truly made our stay even better. He is incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, making sure everything was alright. He gave us great recommendations around the area and even helped us with directions to the nearby Old Town, which we really appreciated.

The hotel is in the perfect location if you want to sight see in downtown Stockholm, the room is okay. The bathroom is definitely a safety hazard as it leeks into the rest of the bathroom. We asked someone to open a window for the room because there is barely any circulation when sleeping. He agreed to coming up and never showed up, my wife and I were sweating the entire night and the heater was off. Please advise how stuffy the rooms can be without wanting them too.
