Excellent hotel with high-level service. Especially impressed by Abraham. He is always ready to help, making you feel at home with a warm smile on his face and kind words. Thank you, Abraham! We will be back.

The location was good and the staff really helpful.nWe did sometimes go back to the room about 3 or 4 in the afternoon and it wasn't done yet. But maybe that's how it works there, rooms are done a little later?nThere was a bit of noise we could hear from other rooms but overall it was a very pleasant stay.nBreakfast had plenty of options to suit all tastes.

Don’t…..Just don’t stay here…. I never had any positive vibe with this hotel, but this time I was ‘upgraded’ to a room above the loading dock. And boy, they use that, first to load stuff from the theater, until 11.30pm and again for deliveries at 6am. The noise is overwhelming, while the hotel itself is underwhelming.nPlease please avoid this hotel, there are many betternoptions in Stockholm

Stayed for 2 nights, was luckily able to early check in. The location is really good for those who wants to easily catch the airport trains or bus. Luggage storage is available after check out. Gym is a plus

Second time we stay here and we will come back. The age is beginning to show, but the rooms are still very nice. Location is superb, close to Stockholm Central, Fasching, Vasateatern and a plethora of restaurants.nRemoving one star for the empty check-in desk. Took 10 minutes before anyone could help us.
