Overall:nLocation is alright and other things overall fine but service not what one would expect fully.nnRoom - details, service:nShower had a few small black dots in the corner, most likely some sort of mold on the trim of the tiles. So doesn’t appear they tend to details, but otherwise things were adequately clean. Also, apart from the dirt/trash housekeeping I assume had forgotten to wipe up from the floor. Feedback which staff in the reception could have approached in a better way, seemed to have more of a dull, rude and argumentative approach without listening to the problem.nnThe trashcan is also not very functional with the recycling add ons.nnGreta’s café, Breakfast - service:nAnother service issue was when one from the staff picked my plate too early during breakfast while at the table.nnAnd you can’t get coffee from Greta’s café if you don’t order thirty minutes before closing time - but that doesn’t say anywhere.nnConference, Paul’s bar - service:nStaff had seemingly been quite dull towards people asking to leave their bags in the conference area as well as at night after spending time in Paul’s during closing time, saying they’d call guards if people wouldn’t leave. All in all it doesn’t quite appear as if everyone in the staff have adequate education in hospitality. But some of them were quite the stars!

Great hotel in central Stockholm. The hotel was clean and the bar downstairs had a lovely atmosphere. Only negative would be to ask for more storage for clothing in the hotel room.

The room was basic and the window was kinda useless, bcs it was upside. The breakfast was decent, need more improvements actually, the staff is helpful, the room was done earlier than it should be. And we don't get any utilities in the bathroom, but I guess it's not necessary.

I stayed here on recent trip to Stockholm and loved the experience. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and room service was prompt and delicious. The front staff were very friendly as well- thank you Adel in particular! The room was clean and small maybe compared to other hotels I’ve been to but it was plenty of space for me and had all the necessary items and basic minibar/ tea supplies. While you have to ask for room service I didn’t mind that and someone will still replace linens/ towels between requested services. The location was awesome - it’s right next to Hotorget subway, near a shopping area, food hall, within 20 walk from Gamla Stan. There are markets in the square in front of the hotel but Sunday also had an antique market to look through. I would definitely stay here again

Location is perfect, convenient to everywhere. The room is clean. However, the room room is far too small, no room for two people sitting; there are no shelves and drawers, we have to leave most of our things in our luggage. In particularly, the room is too dry, making us severely dehydrated with dry and painful throat in evenings, which is really uncomfortable and unhealthy.
