The hotel is in a good location. You can get to most places on foot from there.nOnly downside I saw is that the shower door does not close 100% so the floor gets a bit wet but nothing major and the view from the window is not great. But if you are only there to sleep it is of no concern.nBreakfast is very delicious and has a lot of variety.nThe receptionists are very nice and friendly and helped us with recommendations.

Best Western was a pleasant hotel, with decent rooms and great service. The reception was especially nice, and so was the breakfast amazing scrambled eggs! The hotel has access to a gym/sauna, and the location is great with a 7-eleven right across the street.

We stayed here as part of a tour group, and overall, the hotel was good. It is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping and shops. The room itself was a decent size, but the shower was quite small and flooded a bit. The bed was comfortable, but the room felt a bit stuffy.nnThe hotel is co-located with a gym, so you have access to those facilities as well as a sauna, which was good. Overall, the hotel was average for the price, but it wasn't bad.

A very disappointing stay. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and far from satisfactory. The experience definitely didn’t justify the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it. The breakfast was extremely basic, lacking appeal, and not worth having more than once. The parking garage setup was inefficient, requiring a single old-fashioned key to be retrieved from reception each time, which was frustrating. The overall condition was so unappealing that I didn’t even bother taking pictures.nMy suggestion to the management: invest in a proper renovation and upgrade.

The carpets weren’t very clean, we booked room for a couple but the provided room has two single bed joint!nnOtherwise service wise it’s quiet!nnCentrally located and 5 mins walk from public transport!nnI really liked the idea of providing some warm drink at the lobby during these winter months and the festive vibe was also good!
