Breakfast is until 11.nThe lobby was mixed. Reception was extremely courteous though. Same with leaving.nnThe rooms here are tidy, and limited space wise. We stayed 3 nights in a windowless room. The room was small but cozy: there was enough space, it was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and well-designed. Perfect if you’re not planning to spend much time in the room. It’s the cheapest option within a 20-minute walk of Stockholm’s city center.nnThe service was incredible: the staff were polite, spoke perfect English, and were always willing to help.nnBreakfast was as good as it gets in Sweden, with a coffee machine you could use freely. Getting a hot coffee before heading out is perfect for Stockholm’s weather. The staff were constantly cleaning and refilling items in the breakfast room,.nnThey also allowed us to leave our luggage there after check-out.

Great location, very near 2 metro stations and walkable to all the tourist destinations. Lots of restaurant near by also.nStaff are super friendly. We stayed here 4 nights. The bedrooms are tiny but you get what you pay for in an expensive city like Stockholm. We paid €340 for a double room including breakfast. The breakfast options are brilliant. The bedrooms and whole hotel is very clean.nBecause our hairdryer wasn't working, we changed rooms & were given an upgrade to a room with a window, but no view. The room without the window was bigger, so don't be afraid booking the rooms without windows.nI most definitely would stay here again.

Stockholm is a very expensive city, in top most expensive worldwide, so you get here exactly what you paid for. Expecting to get more for around 80 Euros per night for a double with breakfast would be unreal.nLocation is very good - close to 2 bus stations just around the corner and metro station 5 min walk. If you prefer walking central station and old town are 20-25 min.nLobby is basically a bar cash desk where you're given your room keys and check in. Staff was kind and very efficient.nWe got a room at -2 level, underground, which we knew about beforehand at booking time. Room is tiny, very basic, without windows and closet, yet clean. It might be a problem if you're claustrophobic. There's only one double bed - pretty comfortable and small bathroom with rain shower and toilet. We only slept there and were all day out exploring the city. My only complaint about the room is lack of AC plugs.nBreakfast was better than we expected, with good choice of fruits, 2-3 cold cuts, cheese, and hot basic dishes, as well pancakes.nTo conclude, in my opinion it's an excellent tourist hotel with great price/quality/location ratio if you're satisfied with basics and all day out. If not, it's definitely not for you, but be prepared to pay times 2, 3, 4.....

The location is amazing, its directly between 2 train stations. There's a 7-eleven right across the street, everything is so close to here. The staff were all very nice that I spoke to, everyone spoke English as well. The cleaning was very good too. My only complaint which is so little is my first morningFriday the cleaning ladies were practically pounding on every door and speaking incredibly loudly when doing it. The rest of the time though I barely noticed it. The room was smaller than I expected but I enjoy smaller spaces as well! I booked the queen sized bed room! I would definitely recommend staying there though.
