Elite Palace Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at Elite Palace Hotel and would definitely come back. It was a last-minute booking, and I found a great price around SEK 1,000, which made it even better.nThe room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. I also appreciated that the hotel offers luggage storage, which was very convenient while I was using the spa.nThe spa was one of my favorite parts. My recommendation is to book your spa treatments as early as possible, even if you're staying at the hotel, because it gets fully booked very quickly. Guests also receive a discounted spa price, which is a nice bonus.nThe only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that I think the elevator situation could be improved. For such a large hotel, having only one small elevator means quite a long walk with luggage. I also received the wrong room key at check-in due to a mix-up, so I had to walk all the way back to reception and then to another floor.nIt would also be great if the hotel provided an iron or a small ironing room for guests.nOverall, I had a very pleasant stay. Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, relaxing spa, and good value for money. I would happily stay here again—next time with everything booked in advance.

We are checking out this morning after a fabulous week at this hotel. Rooms were of an excellent standard and the family rooms were one of the best I have seen. Breakfast was varied and well stocked even at busier times.nnStaff very friendly and welcoming. Play room is also an added bonus.nnLocation perfect for links to the city and main tourist attractions.nnWould recommend as a place to stay.nnThanks to all the team reception, bar, breakfast room and housekeeping and anyone else that added to our very positive experience.

We I stayed here for 3 nights with my daughter. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We tried a few options from the pillow menu. The gym included was enormous and very well equipped! We spent a few hours at the Vana spa as well and that was a great escape and lovely experience. The staff were very helpful and friendly. After checking out, we discovered that our daughter had left her lovey behind... and after a bit of panic, we returned to the hotel and they were able to locate it quickly. We have stayed in several Stockholm hotels over the years to visit family, and this was by far our favorite! Highly recommend.

This is great hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was great and the buss from the airport stops right in front. A lot of things are in walking distance, just enough for one to enjoy walking arround Stockholm. The hotel has a spa as well. I did not use it, but it is very convinient. All in all, vet good experience!

AN AMAZING HOTEL FOR VEGANS! I booked during Black Friday and managed to get a great deal. The booking included free breakfast which was just magnificent for vegans! I have never had so much choice before and everything was absolutely delicious. Some of the vegan options available are vegan pancakes, several milks and yoghurts, cheese, tofu, hummus, so many different breads, spreads, butter, hash browns, beans, cakes, jams, juices, hot drinks and more! Everyday I looked forward to breakfast, the set up was just great. I do wish that they had more vegan options for lunch and dinner as the menu did not seem appealing with the little options they had, so didn’t try it.nnThe location of this hotel is also brilliant, there is a Lidl few yards down, and also a burger spot that offers vegan options a minute walk away. The subway is 9 minutes walk and the town centre is 25 minutes walk.nnI am knocking a star rating off because the room I stayed in had no smart tv, which I think is unusual for a European capital city. There was also no air con, only radiators. I went in February which was extremely cold, sometimes the radiators just weren’t enough.nnThe room itself was comfortable and clean, the toiletries they provided are also vegan. I had no issues with service either, all staff members were super friendly and polite.nnOverall I would definitely stay here again!
