Elite Palace Hotel

Stayed here last week on holiday from the UK with my boyfriend lovely hotel, and was very impressed with the spa too! Special shout out to Thelma who was so lovely and helpful and helped us with a lot so thanks to her! The breakfast was so impressive with gluten free and diary free options which we both appreciated a lot

I'll be short.nExtremely pricynRoom: no main light in living part, only lamp. Rust in bathroom, nasty carpet, too much light through courtains, no air suction at toiletnOverall extremely worn out rooms in nice looking hotel.nStaff was nice and friendly.nPlates for breakfast = gorgeous looking, useless for eating, but well played as you can't pick too much food.

Wow!nnThis was just a great experience. Went on a business trip, so didn't spend much time at the hotel. But the room was amazing and the service was better than expected.nnBreakfast was the best I've had in a while.nnUnfortunately I didn't have time to check the spa and gym - but If I ever visit Stockholm again, business or pleasure I will be returning.nnLoved the rain-showers in the bathroom! I need that at home

The hotel is really nice, clean and organize. Breakfast is good. The room that my daughters and son stayed was good but the accommodations were not as expected.nnThe room had only 1 bed and a separate bunk bed , plus a crib .The windows of the room couldn’t open .nOverall is good .

Really poor reception staff. Normally nice and courteous.nTried booking via the Elite app, where I have frequent user status but app was not accepting my booking so booked via hotels.com. tried to explain it but was cut short by front desk staff telling me it is not their problem.nAlso, beware that to have access to pool or hot tub which was only reason why I booked hotel they will charge you 895 SEK. That should be communicated at booking. They do not have those facilities in the hotel, it is a separate SPA. Again, poor communication, poor service and big disappointment from my side. Elite are normally good but here they missed the mark.nAs I travel with a service dog I am not allowed in superior rooms but instead had to accept a standard room without AC. Very hot and no option to open windows fully, just a small part which does not really ventilate the room.
