Best Western Time Hotel

What we liked most was the cleanliness of the room and the variety of delicious breakfast. We have never encountered such breakfasts anywhere else. The availability of a sauna and the good location were also great. The quality of the beauty products was impressive.nnThe staff was excellent. We requested the cleaning lady to change the bedding and mop the floor, and she did everything perfectly.nnI also want to commend the wonderful staff at breakfast, especially Irina. She was there all three days of our stay and paid special attention to us, offered food recommendations, and was very polite, caring, and professional.nnAs for the drawbacks which didn't spoil our stay:nn- The socket near the bed didn’t work.n- The water in the sink didn’t drain very well.n- Our room was at ground level, even though we specifically asked for a higher floor. We didn’t realize that the third floor would actually be at ground level. It would have been nice to be informed about this.

An extended walk to the centre but public transport links available nearby. There are also supermarkets in the vicinity. Check-in was a breeze and staff are always available and attentive. The bed was comfy and the room spacious. The sauna was a nice bonus but ensure you book in advance. Breakfast is also included and very good. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel rooms with great breakfast. We found the staff the the reception a bit stressed and became a bit aggressive, the hotel was in the nice and quiet part of the city, walkable to the nearest metro station and to the shopping street of drottningatan

Basic hotelnCould be cleaner and some refurbishment is needed.nnSome poor breakfast items... convenience scrambled eggs ... I don't support the idea ... just scramble some fresh eggs!

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the location was close to where I was working, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I wasn't able to check in early after a long journey unfortunately, but the staff were very kind and safely locked away my bags whilst I went exploring beautiful Stockholm.
