This is a very interesting place. The hotel reception is located on the ground floor, while the rooms are situated underground, on level -1, which means they don’t have windows.nnThe rooms are small but very cozy. Everything is exceptionally clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel has an excellent location – literally right across from the central train station.nnThe breakfasts are delicious, and the price is very reasonable for the quality – in fact, the quality may even exceed the price. I definitely recommend it for short stays!

The location was great, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We were a bit worried because we chose a room without windows, but we actually loved the room, it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The lobby was also very cozy, and coffee was free. In short, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We definitely recommend it!

Hotel is very easy to identify and perfectly located in the city centre. The Breakfast is very appetising and presented formally. Room is very comfortable but my window wouldn't open. Staff are very friendly, courteous, professional and always available to help in any way possible. Special thanks to hotel staff member Alice. Would highly recommend this hotel if travelling to Stockholm for business or holiday!!

It is a very practical choice if you want a place close to the train station. They had it as practise to let people leave their bag there for the day and to let people stay at the bar area after check out waiting for their train. This was very helpful since most other places closed before my night train arrived.nThe service and personal was super kind and service minded. The breakfast very rich of choices. The room was also super clean. It was strange first to not having window but it was in line with what I booked.

First off our family of five were in two different rooms. I was with two of my children and we had what I assume is a mobility accessible room. It was absolutely massive, high ceilings & we were really, really pleased with the room. My husband and son on the other hand, were downstairs in the basement. It’s darker and the rooms are squishy. They also couldn’t open the windows a centimetre- it was 32° and it was hot in the rooms during the night. There is no air conditioning that we noticed- they must have something because it was definitely cooler inside than it was outside- I’ll give them that. But at night, it was stifling in the rooms. I’ve never had to do this before, but I actually got up at 4AM in the morning, went outside sat on a bench just to get some fresh air before going back in the room. I could not handle how warm it is in that massive room. I don’t think I would be able to cope with one of the smaller rooms if we’d have to stay there again.nnThat said, the service was excellent. The food was terrific. Bizarrely, you need to bring your key card with when you go for breakfast as it’s in another part of the building and you need to access it using your key card several times to get through the doors. The breakfast was excellent, amazing selection. Seating was a bit of an issue with five people but we made it work.nnParking was a bit of a nightmare. The parking is at times there are something like 7 parking spots available for the ENTIRE hotel, nobody mentioned that when we booked the rooms- and even when we were able to get parking hours later, when my husband got down there all the parking spots were filled even though the front desk had assigned one to us available underneath the hotel. However, to access it you have to actually drive around because of one way streets for 10 minutes to get into your parking swap. So it’s best to park upon arrival and then walk around Stockholm as much as possible, and then collect your car only when you will depart.
