Sheraton Stockholm Hotel

Best place to stay. Have been staying here for years first visit in 1990 whilst filming in Central Stockholm. Just love the whole vibe of the place and very very freindly and always very accomodating, Breakfast is the best - DONT EAT TO MUCH!

Loved this hotel, staff were lovely when we checked in and also so polite when we checked out taking time to ask about our onward travels.nnInformation desk next to the lifts so we always received a good Morning or good evening when we left and came back.nnGreat location and our room seemed to be brand new!

Beautiful hotel and location is great, near the water and old town. But, the gym is Tiny!! Converted single room into a small gym with three treadmills and one bike. It's super stuffy, with no space or circulation. Then another small room with some weights. It's also on second floor, no outside windows or light, so really depressing.nnLounge is also dark back room, no snacks but only beer at evening happy hour. Breakfast also doesn't have an omelette station, something I'd expect as such a nice hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Bahar, who was extremely professional and friendly. Her hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay — truly a high level of service throughout.nnAlthough the hotel was undergoing some construction, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a beautifully renovated room with a lovely lake view — comfortable, modern, and quiet.nnThe breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices that suited everyone’s tastes — fresh, delicious, and well organized.nnWe also had access to the Sheraton Lounge, which, while modest in snack variety, offered great drinks, including nice alcohol options and soft beverages. What really stood out, however, was the amazing staff working there — Adrià, Thanos, Michalis, and Michele. They were exceptionally caring, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Their warm and genuine service made our evenings in the lounge very pleasant.nnOverall, despite the renovation works, our stay was wonderful. Excellent staff, great location, beautiful room, and lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely return to the Sheraton Stockholm on our next visit!

I stayed at the Sheraton Stockholm and, while the exterior still shows its age, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations — some facilities like the fitness center were unavailable during my visit.nnMy room, however, looked newly renovated and was much nicer than I expected. The design felt warm, modern, and well put together, with a spacious layout and a great view. Overall, the room was comfortable and pleasant.nnThe only drawback was the bathroom. It felt quite small, and the shower was set inside a compact bathtub with a pull-across curtain, which wasn’t ideal for me.nnHotel facilities are still limited due to the ongoing renovation, but I can understand the situation. As for the renovated room itself, I was satisfied with the experience.
