I cannot rate this highly enough. Whatever I give the hotel, I must give the reception team an extra 2 stars. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and just a delight. They went out of their way to help us. Even when we arrived 8 hours early they helped us and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic stay at Berns in room 211! First, we loved the hotel. Both retro and modern, it has a great outdoor bar and is across from Calle P which is a restaurant worth checking out. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Room 211 has a full steam sauna in the bathroom which is a treat. Highly recommend for a stay in central Stockholm.
