Grand Hôtel

One of the best hotels in the world, in large part due to the staff and team here-- anything you need is done within minutes! Very friendly and warm too!nI had just come from Arctic Bath and this was exactly what I needed after that more adventurous experience. Stayed a total of 4 nights, so I am confident in my rating.nThe food is delicious, hot, and room service arrives very fast. Toiletries--by Etro--are great; bed is huge and very comfortable; rooms are perfectly quiet all hours of the day; extremely soft towels, robes, and slippers... The works!nNot to mention the beautiful architecture and design. The location also can't be beat.nnHappy to come back any time, such a beautiful hotel! Wishing the team at the Grand the best!

My new favorite hotel! Stayed with my family of six and thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we were greeted by the friendly and helpful bellman to the time we checked out. Front desk staff was professional and friendly and helped us make the reservations needed. Our rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Dinner at Verandan was exceptional and the waitstaff was superb. The spa was the highlight of the stay - definitely make a reservation to spend time there relaxing.

Beautiful hotel, I loved the welcoming gifts they gave us. The hotel was a bit on the older side, which is nice if you like historic buildings, but when we visited there was maintenance ongoing and exposed electrical wires in the hallway. Some of the light dimmers in our room were also broken, a previous guest had broken off the knob and put it back, which we discovered on our arrival to the hotel and immediately notified the front desk about. The shampoo and toiletries were absolutely lovely and the spa was very nice. It’s in a good location, and the themed suites were unique and interesting.nnAdditionally, I contacted the company who makes their bath products, and it’s apparently an exclusive blend for the hotel, so I would also like to know if it’s possible to purchase it from the hotel directly or if we would need to book another stay with them.

The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm truly lives up to its name. The staff are exceptional—professional, warm, and consistently attentive. The location is unbeatable, with beautiful views across the water toward the Royal Palace, and it’s easy to explore the city on foot or hop on a nearby ferry.nnThe common areas are elegant and well maintained, and the bar/restaurant was one of the highlights of our stay. We ended up sampling the entire inventive drink menu, and every cocktail was excellent.nnThe only area that felt a bit dated was the hotel corridors, but all other facilities were in great shape and maintained to a high standard.nnOverall, a classic, luxurious hotel with fantastic service and a prime location.

Very nice hotel, in the city center of Stockholm. We had a nice 4 night stay in this hotel. Service is 10/10 and huge + to the bar. Very elegant, and cozy for an evening drink.nTo be improve is the breakfast … breakfast buffet not good and VERY crowded. Tables are one after the other without discretion, definitely not a 5 stars breakfast.nAlso, the access to the spa area indoor pool is complimentary…
