Great location by the train station. There is another Radiation Blu by the airport if you prefer that location. Breakfast was easily in the top 5 of any hotel I've been to. Rooms are perfectly adequate, people were great. The rooftop bar is the only thing I'd say was a miss at least at night, the windows are so dark you can even see out so it's pretty pointless

Everything is ok during my stay. Except the communication ! they never answer the messages i sent on booking.comnI asked the invoice when i check out but they said the IT service is temporaly down and they will send by email. But finally i did not receive anything. now i'm came back to my country, i send message on booking but they irgnored.nI don't know how to get the invoice to provided to my company. normally it's very easy ?nmy stay from 22/5-25/5, room number is 561. I hope you can check and send me the invoice it's very important !nThank you

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service at this hotel, especially the warm welcome and professionalism of the receptionist AMY, who gave us excellent recommendations for celebrating my friend’s birthday.nThanks to her, we found the perfect spot and had an unforgettable time.nI also want to highlight the quick and high-quality service at the bar, thanks to Jamila, the barmaid, who prepared excellent cocktails.nnHowever, a small downside is that although the hotel has a nice gym and a good spa, the pool isn’t warm enough for a Nordic country, which can be a bit disappointing when the temperatures are cooler.

I was debating what to rate my stay at the hotel, I wish google had 0.5 to give this hotel 3.5 instead of 3.nI don’t think my stay deserves 5 or 4 stars for the following:n1. Tried the self check-in to avoid the que but in the end it didn’t work and there is no sign or any one telling it doesn’t so you just waisted your time for nothing.n2. I booked small cozy room with king bed from the radisson app it self I’m a member and my friend booked a twin bed room form the app, at check in counter he was offered an option to choose king bed or twin in which he was happy that its available and chosen the king bed free of charge when it was my turn the check in staff said “sorry we are full booked and there is no king bed rooms available” and trying to convince me to just take the twin bed room which is crazy as I just saw my friend being offered a king bed room that he didn’t request! and given an option to choose.nAfter 5-7 minutes of waiting and debating and clearly stating that I want a refund if they will not honor my request that I paid for they found a magical room with a king bed.n3. My room was on the 2nd floor and its an okay room but pillows are absolutely horrible, my friend got a room on the 5th floor which was spectacular although it should have been same rooms at least and still I don’t know why its different.n4. I tried calling room service to bring me better pillows but no one answered and I called the reception after some while some answered and sent me more pillows but its still not right as its small and very stiff.nnPositive thoughts:n1. Airport train is near by.n2. The location is outstanding as you can enjoy everything Stockholm has to offer with in a walking distance or get to a strategic transportation station that is near by to go anywhere else Metro, trains and buses are less that 2 min walking.n3. The room is quiet and you can’t hear any nearby room strangely the door to the hallway is not that isolated but its not bad.n4. Staff and check in staff after check in issue was friendly and helpful.n5. Price is good compared to other nearby hotels.n6. There is no clean my room sign but every time I get out and come back to my room I see it cleaned so I don’t know how this happened but its nice.nnI think I will stay again in this hotel and lower my expectations or stay at the Scandic that is across the street I went there for the new year eve it was nicer and newer I think there rooms are smaller.nnOverall its a 3.5 out of 4 and I’m sure if its an off season stay it will be a 4 out of 5.
