Enjoyed my stay last weekend. Free premium room upgrade was really nice and big with a great view over Stockholm Central Station. Bed was very comfortable and had three excellent nights sleep. Bathroom isn’t big, but functional. Storage though should be looked at. There’s no wardrobe, just two thin open areas with hangers as you come in the door. The thin cupboard houses the ironing board. Breakfast is excellent but renovation was underway and the atrium was dark with all the scaffolding. First Radisson I’ve stayed where you can’t put any food or drink you buy at the hotel bar or restaurant on your room. Make sure to bring your credit card/debit card ready as soon your receipt comes. Didn’t like that, nor that using the spa they make you pay for regardless of your membership status. I would stay again if the price is as good as this time, but will be more aware of the hotel downsides.
Great experience over all, tried to check in early, room wasn’t ready but they securely stored bags. Room was awesome for a family, perhaps a tad bit trendy where the room was dimly lit. But this made for great sleeping, so you can’t have it all. Breakfast was unreal with some great Swedish and international choices. My daughter was very well looked after throughout. Thanks so much
AMAZING location. Next to the train station where you can find a Coop supermarket. There's a McDonald's across the street if you need a quick bite, as well as a Espresso House which is like the Starbucks of Europe to me. There's a 7-11 just next door too. Rooms are well appointed. We had some sort of suite with a fold out couch, desk with chair, a lounge type chair, and a queen bed. The window opened fully, which is weird for us Canadians we were 8 floors up and most Canadian hotels would make it impossible for you to fit through a window... I found the rooms very hot though, even with the thermostat cranked to the lowest. We were shoulder season so maybe the AC is not turned on yet? They have a pool and gym, but you have to pay 200 SEK per day to access. They offer breakfast at $350 SEK per person per day which is not worth it given the dining options within minutes of the hotel. Good option and they do up your room every day without needing to ask. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient.
Ok, this hotel is in a great location and has lots of facilities. There were a few things that were disappointing for a hotel of it's class.nnThe pool and sauna facilities there is an extra charge 200 per person, for the price of the hotel you would expect it to be included.nnThe breakfast was substandard to say the least. And for the price you pay 300 you expect much better. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and sadly the breakfast here was rubbish. Food was cold, nothing freshly made, you would be better off going outside.nnThose are my only negative points, the bar on the roof was good, and so was the bar at reception.nnThe room was clean, nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the window was poor as it overlooked the hotel and had no natural light.nnThe staff were friendly and professional.
• Good location, right outside the central Stockholm station! The Arlanda express train takes you direct to the airport in 20 minutesnn• They have a pool and Gym - however you have to pay extra to use ..nn• Good location to everything walking distancesnn* 711 shop right outside if you need snacks or essentialsnn* Negative : your downstairs toilets you need to fix the lock on the door as it doesn’t close!!! Men’s toilets
