Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel, Stockholm

I'm very happy with my choice of this hotel. The service is excellent. The location is in the city center. The breakfast is plentiful and has a wide selection of products. The gym has extensive facilities. It met my expectations as a guy who uses it regularly. The rooms are large. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Great location by the train station. There is another Radiation Blu by the airport if you prefer that location. Breakfast was easily in the top 5 of any hotel I've been to. Rooms are perfectly adequate, people were great. The rooftop bar is the only thing I'd say was a miss at least at night, the windows are so dark you can even see out so it's pretty pointless

The location was good; however, the rooms were extremely small, with barely enough space to move around comfortably. The cleanliness also fell short of expectations, as the bedsheets were dirty and there were hairs left in the sink. Additionally, when we misplaced our travel adaptor and asked whether the hotel had one we could borrow, we were told they do not keep such items and were advised to purchase one from nearby shops the following day. Overall, this level of service and attention to detail does not align with what one would expect from a five-star hotel.

This is my first time in Radisson hotel and DEFINITELY not the last time.nWe stayed for 1 night but wish We could have stay longer. Clean bedroom, bathroom . Breakfast was excellent. Staff were well trained, asking questions.nGood location few minutes from the Drottninggatan, next to bus station and T-station.nVery good.nHappy with my experience there.

I write to pay high compliments to this hotel’s concierge, Ludwig! My family and I stayed here from 26 - 27 Jan 2026. This young gentleman was so polite and went out of his way to help us with our luggages and with our train details. Being from Singapore where we don’t have trains except for our local metro services, we are not used to trains and platforms. If not for Ludwig, we would have been at a loss and he spotted that our train was delayed. He gave good advice on directing us to our platform and he was so kind and welcoming, he is a credit to the hotel! Well done, Ludwig!
