Too many glitches in their service.nnThey have a nice roof top bar where they for some weird reason have decided to bother their guests as other reviewers also point out with the most hideous and slow smart phone self service. It takes forever to handle the order on the website and they accept very few payment options.nThey do not accept Amex and do not indicate other than 'Card' or the exclusively Swedish 'Swish' payment system so very limited options, especially for non-swedes.nAll in all the app order took about 15 minutes and three different cards to complete. All while three waiters were serving only 6-10 tables.nSeveral tables needed help with the app.nPlease improve your web app, move away from Nets if they cannot handle people's payments and in general opt your service.nA small plus though for choosing a web app over native apps.nnRestaurant food was so-so but again; staff had no clue about service. One example was not getting the wine until after the main dish.nI had the meat and it was far from tender.nnClean, quiet room with an okay bed.

You need to register a full account to order food through a QR code. The menu is simplistic. The view is fabulous however, and the staff is friendly and apologetic for the leadershipnnAddendum - took an hour to get food and one of us didn’t get any
The rooms are nice and clean. The bed is also a good experience and so are the restaurant. I had a very nice three course dinner. The wellness/spa area is too small and not so cleverly designed. Paint it all white and get rid of the fake looking rocks so it could look a little more fresh instead of giving the feeling of being in a cave. And why put the sauna in something that looks like a small house inside a house.
We drove to the Hotel and took a room at the hotel.The only employee at the reception could not pre-show us the room in the separate villa called Kaptens Villa. When we saw the room , we did not feel it was worth 2400 kronas/night so we wanted to cancel the reservation and get our money back. The room was untouched, we just wanted to leave and find a better deal. The big surprise was, when the Manager came to reception and wanted to keep 1.000 kronas and give us back only 1.400. I think this kind of business is greedy and tells about bad attitude. Really unfair. So, we left after we had sponsored the hotel with 1000 kronas! Will I ever go back? I don´t think so. I like doing business with parties who are fair and want to do the right thing. Not this kind of bullies, who take your money and give nothing back.
