Excellent service and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and have what you need. A bit more space would be nice in the room but overall slept well. The spa /relax area is gorgeous and actually relaxing, but there should be a sign-up or time limit as I had to return multiple times to actually get a spot to sit as certain families took over an entire area and just didn’t leave… allowing their kids to go in the massage chair to play not really for kids…nnReally nice seating for the meals, but a bit narrow to pass during high traffic breakfast. Would have liked some more choice / quality for breakfast.nnOverall, would recommend - excellent location by the ferry and train.

Modern and sleek with an amazing view of the harbor! The Relax space on the 12th floor offers panoramic views as well as saunas, relaxing chairs and other amenities. The location is great with easy walking access to the ferry and the whole downtown area. The only downside I would say is the rooms are pretty small and minimalist on the amenities. But overall a great stay!

Rented a room with a double bed and a window I saw that you can rent cheaper rooms without windows. I asked for a bath tub, so they put me in an absolutely beautiful room on the top floor 12, with a giant bath tub and a view all the way over to Denmark.nnBreakfast was standard continental, everything you could want. A bit crowded, but that's why they ask you to book a time in the restaurant for breakfast.nnParking: There is a garage right underneath the hotel. They have a limited amount of spots, but you can probably find a spot there by using the Airpark app. There are also two more parking garages close by.nnLocation is good. Right by the ocean and just a 5 minute walk over to the city centre.nnA little bit expensive, but that's the only negative.

Very poor experience.nnOn Saturday evening, 4 April, after just 5 minutes of showering, the bathroom completely flooded. Water spread from the bathroom into the room, leaving a large puddle on the floor. This is clearly a serious issue with drainage or maintenance.nnI went to reception to report it. I was given another room, but there was no apology, no explanation, and no form of compensation. The staff showed little concern for the situation.

We stayed one night and were blown away by the incredible view from our 7th-floor room—you can see the coastline, harbour, and much of the town. The hotel feels new and welcoming, with a fantastic receptionist. Our room had everything we needed: a comfortable bed with great pillows, a beautiful bathroom with a stunning bathtub, and nice extras like dressing gowns and Face Stockholm products. The restaurant offered excellent food and friendly service, though the menu was a bit fancy with limited choices.nOverall, the stay was quiet, comfortable, and absolutely worth the money.
