Hotell Stadsparken i Helsingborg

Second star for breakfast but honestly but the rooms feel like catacombs in Paris, pipes going through the middle of the room, holes everywhere and no blackout curtains at allnnBeds are extremely uncomfortable also

I appreciated the welcoming and professional behavior of the staff, but not the fact that our hotel room had a refriregator that was unplugged which meant we had no cold drinks and it wasn't possible to get any ice cubes. It wasn't possible to plug in the refriregator either as the cord was inaccessible.nnBesides that, the ''four-star hotel'' buffet only included potato fries and breaded fish as their sole hot items, the breakfast was decent though.nnRest assured, I would not recommend Stadsparken to anyone staying in Helsingborg, my apologies.

The hotel rooms are distributed in two buildings, some in the main one and ones across the street. The ones across the street have a lower standard, however we got a quite room on the 4th floor with nice view over the sky.nThe cleaning is done only on request.nThe breakfast is not great, could benefit from better bread quality and better coffee.nThe hotel is central and there are many restaurin the vicinity.

Very nice and peaceful hotel in the middle of the city.

I can't say anything negative about this place. I had to check in earlier than they usually do, because of an event 3 hours later usual check-In needed to attend to but I first of mentioned this during the booking online. I called some days before just to check the status and to confirm. They couldn't promise anything at that time. When I arrived I mentioned it again they was about to clean it.nThey made the check-in very smooth and with great service and a smile on their face. I didn't have to wait long for the cleaning to be done.nnThe room was nice and comfy. And they have a lot of extra services you can get so do ask nothing for me this timennSuperb breakfast. Hotel breakfasts are nice because of all the things you can get. Also for us that need to check whats inside. Ok no ingredients listed but they are very helpful if you have allergies or need to be careful somehow.
