Good Morning+ Helsingborg

Room smelly and too warm. Window could only be opened at minimum length. Reception absolutely not welcoming, and also asking why we want to see the room ?! before paying for it. Really not interested in their jobs. Beds were too old/soft we found out. So we paid for a warm, smelly room and uncomfortable beds. Needless to say we did not sleep very well. Next day I complained about the temp and beds. She mentioned, they were new beds!? Apologies but no compensation and then I asked for compensation. The lady mentioned she would ask her management and would sent me an email, nothing yet. Was 2 nights ago. Hope to hear from them.

The breakfast was AMAZING! There even where GREAT selection of gluten free options! Service was polite, caring and funny. As a finn I have to say about the sauna upstairs tough. It seems to start operating by using the doors so be early to check that it is on so you dont have to wait for it to heat up. View from the window is great there, but the sauna stove seems to be too small for that size of sauna. Maybe if they change the rocks to smaller. There werent sauna kit, but there were a can. Also the sauna door was solid and there were no breathing space underneath. I think the tempature went only about 55celcius.

Was a 0 wifi experience for 2 days 26 to 28 july Nobody carried from staff but I heard from other clients that if you behave angry you get another internet address that works. So a service that in lower level countries is a must have, at this hotel is discriminatory. So try your luck...for me doesn't counts as lost a lot of money missing internet in hotel, and the worst thing is that this internet is stated as included in hotel publicity...

Booked 1 room with parking lot. On arrival thete was no parking lot avalible. So had to look for another hotel. The woman at the reception was more helpful to cancel the reservation than finding a solution for the problem.

Best hotel food ever. And the workers were so so nice but the rooms were just a bit tight but otherwise very good and I fully recommend it
